Yep! I didn’t know it was there so it was a great surprise and even better that they had the purse I eyeing for so long! I have one friend locally that has the reverse but I’ve never seen another mono PM in our area. I’m going to start looking closer now and I bet I see them! Which PM do you have?
I am so excited to join this club! I finally purchased my first Louis Vuitton! It’s a celebratory gift to myself for graduating college and getting a job. After stalking the website last weekend, I was able to purchase this dream bag after wanting one for so long. It is just so perfect, and I have no complaints so far. I love how flattering it is when worn crossbody. I picked it up at the new La Cantera Louis Vuitton last night. (Hi, San Antonio folks!) I am so in love and predict a new obsession!

I just got monogram one! It is still in the box, I am not opening it till Christmas! Lol! It is SO hard to wait!

I'm hunting one of these beauties down! I was told in New Bond street, that there is no waiting list for it anymore and have actively been stalking for days! but no such luck, I'm happy to wait though! any one had much luck in the UK
Hallo! I would really like to have your opinion on my PM. I bought it a few days ago in a Louis Vuitton store. This morning I took it out from its dust bag and I inspected her carefully .....I’ve learned a lot reding this thread Please feel free to call me insane, anyhow here’s what I noticed: the “made in Italy” tag looks strange, with identations I’ve never seen on my other LV bags; there is a loose stitch on the bottom; the metal hooks of the strap have a different colour and imprinting one fro the other; the glazing looks “grossy” .
Otherwise the bag looks good. Please, tell me if I’m overreacting.

I’ve been stalking the reverse since August and still not had any luck! I’m in the UK - I’ve not seen the reverse or the mono come online for a long time now - it seems to pop up on the US site a lot from what I see from comments on here so not sure why the UK site is not getting any
Returning to the club. I had a PM in reverse mono, but did not use it much so I sold it. After selling, I did miss the style of the bag. Fingers crossed I will get a lot more use out of the PM in noir.
I don’t know why I’m late to the party, but I went to the store 2 weeks ago and ask my SA for PM monogram. My card was charge maybe a week or 2 later and no one called me to let me know that PM is ready for pick up. I just got a receipt on my email. Anyways no biggie, I went to the store to pick it up. I was in a rush so I didn’t really inspect the bag. When I opened it, it looks perfect and to my surprise it’s made in France! I know it’s really not a big deal but For me LV made in France is just extra special. But is it me or the bag smells funny? I have the favorite and backpack and they smell like leather nice. But this PM smells like chemical. I was watching how to spot a fake and they said fake LV smells like chemical. But I got this in the store, so it confuses me. Is there an instance where someone return a fake at the store? Aren’t the associate able to spot it? I don’t know maybe I’m just paranoid.

Congratulations! It is a beautiful bag. It doesn’t look fake to me. The vachetta tab looks slightly uneven but only because you pointed it out I think. I personally have seen a lot of PM with slightly crooked SS lock.
I believe mine is the same way too. It doesn’t bother me though, I have no time to stare at my lock when I am using it. I am more focused on how fab my outfit looks with the bag.
But if it bothers you, you should check with the store to see if they can get you another one.
P.S: my PM didn’t smell bad.
Thank you. It does bother me but I’m so happy to get one made in France I’m afraid if I return it, I’ll have to wait again and then it might be made in USA. LOL
