I was able to snag the PM in reverse on the website this week and it just shipped from Ontario. Any reason why it would be sent from Canada and not from the US? They do not make any bags in Canada, do they?

How did you see where the bag is coming from? whenever I click on the tracking in the LV page it just takes me to the general Fedex page...
Mine is shipped by UPS and it says: "Shipped 11/06/2019 21:40 Ontario, CA"
I actually ordered another PM and will see which one is better and return the worse in store. I really hope that the "new" models would not have the same QC issues.
Me too! I decided to buy new because of those issues, I've hear LV only considers giving you a new bag or replacing it for free with a receipt, so you kind of have to be the original buyer.
That was smart of you! I never though of ordering 2, I actually hope the one I ordered comes from France, if it doesnt, then I might consider waiting to get it on another occasion..
Do you live in the US? TBH, I've had my hands on 3 different PM now and all of them had been produced in the USA. So, I think, if you are based in the US, you are most likely to get a bag produced here.
Just got back from the boutique, took in my PM to see about the glazing issue I posted about a few days ago...they are going to do a free repair and reglaze the entire bag. Store manager said that since it wasn’t cracking they can’t do a return or store credit but if the problem persists after the repair we can revisit and talk about a replacement then. She said the recall/refunds only applied to older model bags? Idk..I didn’t want to create a huge fuss about it now because I do love the bag and it’s my holy grail, perfect in every way for my style so I’m willing to give the repair a go...6 week countdown has begun.
Not overboard! I find if it’s a style I love and it works for me it doesn’t bother me if I have multiples. I have 3 PMs and 2 Graceful MMs. Eventually want another NeoNoe to go with the one I already have.
That would definitely be one indication lol. I try to not put more stuff than would change the existing look of the bag. I don’t like to stretch the pockets even if I can still manage to close it.
Never mind, checked after 2 mins and it was gone...I got mine around the same time yesterday, so it might serve as a guide to those looking to get one online. Happy shopping!
