Hi everyone! I was just looking over the PM that I bought last May and noticed a few things. Are these issues that I should be concerned about? White spots on a corner of canvas, frayed stitch, and uneven stitching at the handle. I don’t mind little quirks in my bag but am more concerned about things that could result in greater damage down the line.

I think you have cracks in the canvas. You can see it on the first photo. Please take it to LV!!!! I am so disappointed in their quality
I just got it. Was stalking the website last Monday night. I don’t like it. The monogram canvas is so dull and faded, I can barely see the print on it. But the worst part is there is misalignment above the lock in the front. Trying to decide if I can keep it like that or return. It looks like a fake bag to me.
I can’t really tell from the photo...too blurry so it looks good to me. I noticed that some canvas is thicker and rougher and more dull looking but I have not seen the faded looking ones yet? Can you reshoot the bag?
That’s the best I can do in this light. The bag is massive, I like that. I don’t like that it is not centered and for the price it should be!! It is my third time getting this bag, previous bags have also defects. It looks like LV doesn’t care. They know we will keep it because it is so in demand but it does not look like $2000 bag to me.
My new Pochette Metis in Cherry Berry. When my SA brought out all 3 colors, this was the last color he pulled from the dust bags and my sister and I both gasped. The color is stunning in person!! Pics do not do it justice.
Funny story: the PM was never really on my radar because of the glazing issues it had for years. My husband does not understand my love of LV, or handbags for that matter. When I buy a new bag he usually says "Really, you need another bag?". Well, we were in Costco recently and we split up to search for something. I looked down an aisle and I saw him rounding the corner with the huge Costco cart at a speed that this guy normally never moves. He sees me as he's rounding the corner and motions for me to quickly follow him. Turns out he was chasing a lady carrying a PM and he wanted me to see it because he loved the bag.
And it's definitely all LOVE for this bag!

So weird that it would smell like chemicals! I am taking mine back to LV tomorrow and will see what they say. I am so nervous! I don’t want to give up on finding the right PM, I have wanted one for so long! I will keep you all posted!

I have an SA in Aspen where I got mine! I only had to wait a week! She texted me photos and made sure it was perfect! The first one she got had some scratches that she was pointed out. She put that one on the shelf and had another one for me within three days. She shipped it to me via UPS. I can share the phone number with you! She was amazing to work with!
