Hi everyone! I am very excited to join this group. Today I bought my first PM in empreinte leather and I was lucky enough to be offered a new colour which will be available to the public only tomorrow. It is a very beautiful burgundy colour much darker than the scarlet one. It has a blue glazing and a wonderful blue interior! I took a couple of pictures of the bag to share the new release with you but they do not make this colour any justice. I think it's perfect for fall/winter.

To be honest I didn't know about this newly released colour and today when I went to the boutique I thought i would buy the scarlet PM but... when I saw this burgundy bag I just found it perfect for me. However I do not think this bag can fill the spot of a red bag, but since I also have a red Gucci soho disco I am happy about my choice!

Hi @luxfishin I checked your photos and I got goosebumps seeing those multiple folds. Mine doesn't have that but mine is from 2017 unless the new batch has those- I don't know. It just doesn't right to me [those wrinkles]. There's no way to circumvent that but to notify LV or your SA about it so you can maybe get a replacement. That's unacceptable!! Anyone? Your Thoughts?

I’m not home at the moment so I don’t have my bag with me but I looked at a photo I took when I purchased it and mine did not seem to have those wrinkles.
Here’s a photo of it standing by itself - I did not stretch mine open like you did so idk if mine will look like that if I did?
I can check when I get home later tonight.

I have just discovered here - on TPF - that they call it Cherry Berry.
Yes, it is not like freesia. It's darker.

Confirmed with client services, they have changed the canvas for the Mono and it now has a new item number M44875. I was able to order one and will be able to update you all this weekend. I owned the original version from 2014 and I own the reverse from 2016.. I think I’ll be able to see if there is indeed a difference!!

I was lucky enough to snag PM mono from Australian website last night. It has the same code M44875, hope they have been able to resolve some canvas issues with this new release. Can’t wait to receive mine

Just a guess, But I wonder if those extra folds are an effort to prevent canvas cracking and glazing issues? Would be interested to see it compared to another brand new bag. Not many people take photos of that angle. Very curious.

I can see both.. Guess I probably got lucky. But they haven’t posted it out yet. I called them up & they said they are sourcing it & will take 14 days.

I got my hands on the Pochette Metis twice. I wasn't really happy with the first one so I ordered another one to compare. I will return one of them. Which one do you think looks best? The left one is made in France and the right one is made in Italy. I'm kind of thinking that the made in France one looks slighty crooked.. But I might be totally wrong.

Please help a girl out! Which one do you prefer?
