Thank You!
hi there! I have been a tpf stalker forever & have been following this thread due to my PM reverse obsession for a while. the website stalking did me no good, but i was able to find a CA (i don't live near a boutique) on Instagram who facetimed me from the store and found me the bag!! said it would take two weeks but it showed up in the store only 3 days later. normally, this type of transaction would frighten me.. but it worked out so incredibly well. CA had a mono on thurs the 27th and a reverse on the 28th.. was in my hands by the 2nd! most CAs wont work with random people but this one was an angel!!

Did you bring the one you ordered to the store to return so that it could be your replacement?
I brought them both to my local boutique on two separate occasions (once in March and again in April) purely to return for a refund and also to give the SAs the opportunity to sell to other clients (which they appreciated). Both bags were made in USA and had noticeable structural issues due to bunched-up stitching and/or extremely faded reverse monogram print (like, to the point it was completely missing in some spots!). I couldn't overlook that, so after the 2nd time, I kind of gave up even though I still wanted the PM. My 3rd try came as a result of seeing it on the website again one night randomly and not being able to resist the urge to try one last time. What a difference!

For me, if the bag looks great, I'm content regardless of where it was manufactured (though who doesn't LOVE a MIF?!). That being said, there is a HUGE difference in craftsmanship between the 2 PMs I had received Made in USA and the one I have now MIF. IDK if it was just an off day in production or what, because I have other LV bags Made in USA and they're perfect. I ultimately think that a bag with so many folds and intricacies like the PM should be produced exclusively in Europe.

Long story short, I hope your next PM is fabulous, problem-free, and comes from France! If not, don't settle for anything less than what you're willing to accept--life is too short not to completely enjoy your bags!

I purchased this bag a few weeks ago, and recently have noticed some uneven glazing on the back corners of the bag. Nothing is cracked but it just looks uneven especially where the back flap is sewn together. Should I be concerned that it will form cracks?

I wouldn’t worry about the glazing cracking in that area of the bag, just enjoy it!
