Glad I could inspire you. I ended up sending all 3 I ordered back. I'm taking a break for now. All the issues with it make me nervous and I don't live near a store so when there is an issue it's a pain. Ordered a Tuileries Hobo from fashionphile instead...fingers crossed on that since I also sold my triangle softy (hobo) because I found the design on strap hardware annoying.

Well, I totally hear you, I am the same way with Reverse and with Triangle softy (but I have 2 stores close by and one 40 min. drive)...fingers crossed for your Tuileries! I saw her there . Please post some photos, cannot wait!

Wow sorry to hear that. Did all the three bags have issues when they came ? I'm still thinking of whether or not I should keep my reverse as I can use that funds towards a Chanel coco bag.

I will. I am a hobo girl and I dislike all of LVs hobo styles. I just want a little structure with a zipper and a strap that is longer than the bag, but they have none like that....someday maybe....but until then the tuileriers looks promising.

That's how it was for me. Now the more I use it, the more I love it. I even had to buy it a new wallet! Now I am debating if it needs a bandeau. When I was buying the wallet yesterday, the SA showed me a beautiful bandeau. I declined for now (I am on Ban Island after the wallet). So I put a "Warriors in Pink" scarf on it until I decide I want one and can afford it. I need to work on the ending knot.

The scarf is a great touch to your handbag. I hope they have one available for me to "look" at. [emoji28]

How about Metis hobo, would that be a good choice for you? I know it is discontinued, but maybe preloved? I am personally addicted to this bag (in empreinte, I do not like it in mono).

I like the look of the hobo metis but nearly all the ones I have seen have chunks missing from the side glazing. So I have scratched it off my want list. I don't want a bag I need to baby and I won't carry a bag that is worn looking...which is also why I don't own a neverfull...the strap wear too quickly

I see. I am honestly amazed what is possible to be done to such a beautiful bag (speaking of missing glazing and deep indents etc.). I change and wear my hobos every day from spring to winter and I do not baby them at all, but some of the photos of preloved bags are truly scary...I got lucky, all of my empreinte hobos were in pristine condition (except one which I got lucky and purchased at the boutique), but I would not buy this type of bag in very good condition or worse, that is true. I personally do not like Melie...Hopefully they will come with a nice hobo soon! (Or better not, I will be in a big trouble!)

I bought the melie too....and sold it after 3 days. They make the hobos weird imo....when you close them they get super wide and poof out and feel bulky to carry. If they just made one with a crescent shape top versus straight across ....sigh...lol. And yes I wonder myself what people do to their bags that have crazy damage. I think some climates (super humid) do naturallly wear bags quicker though. I have seen a lot of rough looking bags, all brands, from people in Hawaii.

I haven't been impressed with the newer line of LV bags. The ones I like have been discontinued or are just unavailable and there seem to be problems with many and we shouldn't have to check the glazing on a high priced bag everyday. I'm taking a break from LV and looking at others. I'm sure I'll eventually be back to it. They are beautiful but quality control seems disappointing.
