For people in the UK, I finally managed to purchase a Pochette Metis online. I just happened to be on the website on Saturday night, and I was able to add it to cart and pay, however once I had completed my order, the bag was back to being "call for availability" so I think I just happened to be at the first place at the right time.
My order is currently in preparation so fingers crossed everything will go smoothly. I'm really nervous about it being a return, and having loads of issues, so we'll see!
I may write a list of things I need to inspect when it arrives, such as glazing, symmetry of the canvas, wonky locks, and scratches, how sad is that! As the two Chanel bags I own were both faulty, I don't have very much luck with bags.
Wow who'd have thought purchasing a luxury bag has to be such an ordeal.
I'll keep you guys updated and post some pics when the bag arrives as I may need your opinions and advice. Xo

Guys, I was able to order one Reverse right now..."Call for availability" again...so they had only one, probably a return... Grrr. But it is in my orders, I received the confirmation email, so we will see...Was looking at the web during the whole weekend, sigh...

I have it in Noir too and had been carrying her a lot. No glazing issues
It looks like when it's carried crossbody the hardware doesn't rub as much on the sides like shoulder carry does. Yes, but because I'm only a shorty and medium size by not much really.
I think the emp noir is so pretty. I had the mono and reverse on in the store months ago, but just didn't love it. There is something special about this bag in empreinte though. I need a new bag for fall/winter and having a tough time deciding. I agree with you about this bag being able to transition with multiple outfits and styles!
That's how it was for me. Now the more I use it, the more I love it. I even had to buy it a new wallet! Now I am debating if it needs a bandeau. When I was buying the wallet yesterday, the SA showed me a beautiful bandeau. I declined for now (I am on Ban Island after the wallet). So I put a "Warriors in Pink" scarf on it until I decide I want one and can afford it. I need to work on the ending knot.

Glad I could inspire you. I ended up sending all 3 I ordered back. I'm taking a break for now. All the issues with it make me nervous and I don't live near a store so when there is an issue it's a pain. Ordered a Tuileries Hobo from fashionphile instead...fingers crossed on that since I also sold my triangle softy (hobo) because I found the design on strap hardware annoying.
I know, I don't have "Now, what bag should I use?"
I just change clothes then go.But I'm still waiting for someone to post modified strap version.
So I can borrow their idea and copy I chunky gold chain would be nice
