For those who lives around NYC, I saw two mono and a reverse PM at SOHO, New York. They said it just arrived today. Also a black PM on display.
Officially joined the club! Just received it in the mail. It can fit a lot! 
Thats what my friend said! I cannot believe this is the quality LV produced. Very disappointing

So happy I finally got my PM in reverse after weeks of being on the waitlist AND stalking the website every single day! (The website won the race)
I had it delivered to the store and when I came to pick it up, an SA brought it out and voila! WHAT IS THAT?! Right in the front flap. It was the first thing I noticed.
And when I asked if they could take care of the exchange, they said NO because the stores cannot order any more PMs. I now have to call the hotline and have it shipped for exchange. I'm so torn if I should go through another round of waiting or just keep it (i know the wise thing to do, but I cannot wait to use it!!!) Anybody know a way to clean it/buff it/fix it?

I don't see what is wrong? But I'm dying for a reverse! Can we still be added to the waitlist?
There are matte patches close to the stitching. The canvas is supposed to have a slight sheen to it... oh wow i'm a bit relieved. It's a kind of small victory that I have to point it out. Does that mean I don't need to exchange it?
