Sorry :( I can see it easily! I have the reverse and hope I never have a problem with it!!! Like you, an exchange will no doubt be impossible. The only thing I can think of to fix it, is can they reglaze that area? I would certainly ask, you have nothing to lose. I am sorry you are having to deal with this. Quality control really needs to up their game!!!!! The bag is gorgeous!!!! Congrats and good luck! :)

I'd wait for a brand new one... that inconsistent chipped off top coat glazing or whatever... is unacceptable!!! If they offer to repair, they should offer it for free since it's new! I'd ask if the repair would simply be putting another finishing coat on, or if they need to replace the entire front flap, etc.

Ok. Only when you point it out I notice. But I didn't at first. Yes. Dang it. Crap. Maybe see what they can do. If you do have to bring it back you should jump first to the wait list right?!?!?!

UPDATE! You won't believe it omg!!!
I was able to remove it with... are you ready?

AN ERASER!

At first i tried to rub it off with my thumb and some little gunk started to build up (like those rubbery particles you get when you erase pencil writings) so i was like EUREKA!

Tell me, do you see anything now?
