Is it just the noir? Who confirmed it? I saw the noir in the store and it did look caved in. Like almost a used bag.
I have Noir. I've only wore it twice and did not see any sinking in. There is a lot wrong with the bags they are producing as of late. Their quality control should all get fired. For that money there should be no flaws.
Confused....,Maybe I'm not understanding this "cave-in" you are talking about. So LV's empreinte leather is supposed to be stiff as a board and not behave like real leather? Not sure how pliable "pebble leather" is supposed to be boxy and maintain shape 100% at all times. Unless you're talking about something else altogether.

Finally joined the club! Took this beauty home today! [emoji7]
I guess I'm confused too. It's full leather; full, soft, plush leather. It's not suppose to be rigid. You'll need to go with mono to hope for that and it isn't rigid either but more so.
It isn't a design flaw to me.
I got her last week from Fashionphile, in like new condition! Love this style.
