Hi, if your bag doesn't have the made in stamp, and it starts with SD, then it's made in the US. There should be a cloth tag stitched to the edges in the interior compartment that reads made in USA. Hth [emoji4]

Thanks for your reply! Until I read this blog, I didn't even know the PM was so sought after. I saw the purse on the LV website and fell in love. Two days later I walked into Bloomindales in Costa Mesa and told the SA what I wanted, she brought out, I paid for it and now I'm a proud owner of a PM. Never even knew there was a whole blog on it. :idea:

Ladies! I want to get a pochette metis, and today I went to LV but for some reason the canvas seems not too sturdy and the bottom part is sticking out :/ is this normal?

The thing is this one was reserved for someone else, so I asked to be put on the waiting list but I am worried that (since I will only be offered one) it will look floppy like this one :(

Or is this the new model for 2016?

Hi, I'm not sure if that's normal or not. My canvas seems pretty thick compared to my other mono bags, my psbb reverse monos' canvas is extremely soft and pliable.
I'll post a pic of mine when I pull it out, mine was purchased Aug 2015 but hasn't been used much.

As long as the bag sits up without tipping over I would be ok with the softer canvas. I noticed when I got my bag, (it was empty) it would tilt forward a little. [emoji4]

It looks floppy because there is nothing in it. The bottom part is crowning. If it didn't do that, it couldn't expand to hold more. My new PM looked the same before I put my things in it. I absolutely love it - and bet you will too. [emoji4]

I just called my store and they said that not only are none available in Sydney but we can't even go on a waitlist at the moment as it is too long- so weird that I found one in store 3 weeks ago that they said I could buy - wish I had now!

I guess everyone's bags are different, mine is empty in the pics I posted and it doesn't sag. Maybe my canvas is the thicker one? It also expands a lot due to the different compartments.

Was this a bandeau you wrapped on the handle of the metis? Considering this bag, too. Been reading I really like the style of the Metis. Wondering of the HERMES Twilly can fit to wrap the handle of the Metis.
