Sorry you have to deal with this! I wish LV would take quality control seriously instead of cranking out these bags to meet demand. So much for preserving a reputation.
This is just IMO but yesterday I received my replacement PM brand new MIF and they may have fixed this glazing issue. I noticed when I tried on the bag Crossbody that the hardware on straps was being pulled away from the sides of the bag. Strange because side rings are aligned perfectly. I know on my other one that one side was a little off and maybe that's why they deemed it defective. I'll keep a close eye on this one and keep everyone posted lol. Keeping fingers crossed as I love this bag sooooo much.
That's good to hear. Can I ask what was wrong with your original one? I am getting very frustrated I will be exchanging my 3rd PM! The one I picked up last night has a crooked s lock. Totally unacceptable. This one is MIU but I also feel there is a difference in the glazing for the better. Hopefully now they can find me a non crooked one! I really love the bag too.
I had my original one for 10 months and loved it so much. It developed a very tiny hairline crack and with all the glazing issues I didn't want to take any chances considering 2 months left on the warranty. It was a MIF and really seemed very well made. After 3 weeks they called me and deemed the bag defective. Received new one yesterday. Did u try locking it a few times because sometimes it can appear to lock slightly crooked? So sorry about the trouble u r having. They do stand by their product though and I'm sure u will get a replacement with no more issues. I suggest going in person and look it over carefully. Don't let them intimidate you just take your time. Good luck!
Any plus size women rock this bag? Would love to see pics. When I tried it on, just didn't like where it fell, cross body, on me. I'm 5'7. Wish there were a few more adjustable holes in the strap. So love how functional this bag could be.

It's beautiful!How does your new one feel compared to the old? Did you say the new one is MIF? The lock on mine is definitely screwed on crooked. It makes the entire flap look off. They are giving me store credit and when a new one comes in I can see if that one is any better. What a mess it has been with this bag!
I got mine today. Ordered from the website. It is miu which I don't mind, but would have preferred made in France. The new one I got a few weeks ago was made in Italy and had glazing drops on the canvas and the monogram on the strap was off centered. The manager said they needed to show quality control. This one seems ok and I hope they fixed the glazing issue.
