My pm is mif, but I have a speedy miu with the same tag as yours, and I had a favorite miu but with a leather tag.
May I ask again to clarify? Your PM MIF has the same silk tag in the pix?
I got this one over the weekend, Im upset as it looks cheap. Not sure if I have rights to feel this way. I should not - if all other made in europe PMs have same tag

No, sorry about the confusion. My pm only has the mif vachetta tab, I never checked for any other tags, tbh I don't even know where the date code is. Lol.
I understand how you feel, when I bought my Speedys,(both miu) it bothered me to see the cloth tag because I bought my miu favorite pm before those two, and it had a leather miu tag, so I thought they got rid of the cloth tags. Not sure when LV determines when to use the cloth tag or not, I wouldn't expect to see that on the pm, they could've at least used leather. [emoji53]
Thanks, You know the tag say Made in USA from imported materials. Well that doesnt help to feel like luxury. Im happy supporting made in USA but I dont like "exceptions".
Put it this way. We will pay a certain price for Japan car made in Japan. We would pay lower price if we choose the SAME & model if the car is made from the same materials but assemble in China. We even pay a lower price if that same car made from China all the way.
So, I pay for a bag that made from the US same price with one from Europe (before even consider quality). Who get the different of lower cost of imported the final products vs just imported materials.
Im returning the bag & either it is replaced with a MIF MII MIS bag or a full refund request.

I agree... I've tried to make myself like the neverfull. I know it's a practical tote especially having 3 kids....BUT I just don't! I have the pochette metis and love it! 💖
I recently purchase 2 Felicie bags (I use as shoulder bas) & love them so much! I've been on a small bag/ crossbody kick lately! I now have a Pallas Clutch in Noir on the way!Can't wait to get it! At first I thought It was too small so I passed. Now, because I have managed to down size to the Felicie bags...I know it will work! I plan to use it with my black leather strap from my retiro as apposed to the treated brown strap it comes with!

Great to hear! It helped me decide to get the pochette metis after reading that so many use it as a daily bag and find it big enough and love it!

I do wonder if " of imported materials" means the canvas/leather/hardware came from France (?).

Awww thank you. It was the most comfortable bag to wear. I hear ya about getting another one. I miss it so much. I don't like the nm as much as the om. I'd have to chance finding one in excellent condition but that's a problem too cause they had the most glazing issues...I just have to get off this thread and stop beating myself up about wanting another one ..lol
Yes -- looked great on you!! I just ordered one online this afternoon. I'm not thrilled it'll likely be made in US since my previous one was MIF but if I'm not feeling it I can always return it!
