Hi everyone, I have a quick question. (I already posted about it elsewhere but thought I'd ask here also).

Is it hard for you to close your bag? I noticed I have to press directly on the leather tab to hear the “click” and get it to close (circled in black)—pressing on the hardware itself doesn’t seem to work. I hope that makes sense.

With my older PM from 2018, I just pressed on the hardware itself and it clicked shut easily (circled in red). Has anyone else noticed this difference? Or did I get a defective one?

The sales associates told me that it was normal as they were also struggling to close the bag… I took it home because I didn't want to cause an issue but it's still bothering me.

Yes mine is the same, I have to press on the leather tab or at least on the upper area of the lock, not the triangle :smile:

put something solid & harder (such as larger agenda) in the front compartment will help

I noticed that even if it’s full, I need to push down at a specific angle to close it shut. I can’t push directly straight down to hear the “click.” I’ve never had this issue with my previous PM from 2018, empty or full.

So I was just looking at my bag today and noticed the back panel sides were a little uneven. One side is flush together but the other side, you can see like a ballooning… It was sewn a little wonky at the top. Am I being overly critical? I already exchanged another one for this one due to a lock issue (which the SA agreed was unusual)… what would you guys do? Unfortunately I don’t believe another exchange is possible, as it was final sale. But I’m thinking if it could be repaired?

Honestly though, I’ve been having so much trouble with this bag, I kinda wish I had chosen another one 😔

This side seems fine:

Hi everyone! I use my empreinte pochette metis Everyday! this is how much I love this bag. I’m starting to see wear and tear on this bag and would love to know if I can save this!
Corners on my bag and cracking on glaze. Thank you! Any feedback would be much appreciated

Mine looks like this too, I use it everyday. I did read you can use shoe polish to cover the parts that have been rubbed against something.

Mine also has cracking in the glazing but it’s still fine and no actual tears in the leather. Unless the glazing gets worse where it’s peeling I wouldn’t worry.

I hate this bag, just sent it to Fashionphile. Too much of a hassle to carry as a daily bag . I bought this when I thought about downsizing my bags. I don’t think it looks that bad, though.
