Just purchased the Pochette Métis in monogram yay! Wondering if anyone has issues with the bag closure? I can close it no problem but sometimes when I try to open it doesn’t unlock? Wondering if this is an issue and I should return? Anyone else experience this? I have been trying with nothing in the bag I wonder if this may be the case? Thanks!

Yes I thought that was odd. So the one you have now closes and pops open no problems?
Mine works great. I had bought protective stickers then it was doing what you are describing.
Same here, went back to the store tried 5 different bags and they were all like that so exchanged mine for one that wasn't so bad.

I got my PM (monogram) in March 2021. This morning I just noticed a big crack on the canvas strap - I didn’t even use the strap for many months over the summer because I used a vachetta strap! Fortunately it’s on the bottom side of the strap so it isn’t obvious when I wear it. Could it get worse?
any idea what I should do? I’m not where the receipt is - I wouldn’t have thrown it out but I’m not great at organizing receipts. It is listed in my LV account though.

It does’t really look like a crack to me. My strap has this too and it’s where the overlapping part is glued to the rest of the strap I think. Like two layers of canvas being combined if this makes sense?

I know it’s been over a month.. It’s called “puckering” when the lining got stitched a lot tighter in that area causing the canvas to “dimple”. No stuffing can fix that. It is a flaw. The good thing is that yours is very minimal.
I overlooked mine back in 2018 on my reverse as back then I naively believed that everything coming from these luxury houses was going to be perfect. Lol.
My reverse PM is still good but the canvas has progressively developed stronger chemical stink since glazing separated in 2020. I’m simply over LV’s current canvas. LV fixed my glazing and did an outstanding job but noticing that “dimple” and the smell.. made me realize how disillusioned I got with LV.
