Anyone has the PM in bicolour empriente in Creme Bois de rose? I’d love to see real life pics. I originally wanted the neonoe mm in empriente bicolour in black but the size is a tad big for me but in the PM I prefer the light colour.

I am so sad and very frustrated! Based on all the posts and experience in this forum, I made a habit of checking my mono PM regularly, since the day I bought it. Today, I realized that the PVC coating is coming off at several locations of the flap. Has anybody had this before? My instict is, once the coating starts peeling, it will only go worse.

So frustrating. I take care of the bag quite well, and haven't even worn it more than 5 times since I received it (January 2021).

I will contact LV, and I don't doubt that they will offer support in the matter. But this is the second PM I received (first one had problems with glazing) and even if I LOVE this bag, I don't want to be worried all the time if some other problem will come up.

I can't decide if I should insist on getting my money back (is it even possible, or they offer only store credit?), or consider the emprinte leather PM. Any thoughts, ladies?

Hi! It looks like it may be leftover glue! I think I saw some on my PM reverse handle that looked like I could remove it but I said I’ll try it later. But try to gently pass a clean cloth over it and see if it moves. Should move sticky-like like a glue.

I think you all are right! I tried removing it carefully, and it goes away. It is stringy and elastic like glue. If it was PVC, I would expect it to be brittle and crumbly.

Sigh of relief! Makes me realize that I am so on guard with my PM, probably because I kept reading bad experiences. I will enjoy my bag.

Thanks to everyone who commented

If you are close to the store, I would try my luck and just go !
I believe it’s glue and not coating. Just rub it softly with cotton fabric. This is what I do when I see glue next to glazing
I suggest trying this too. I also received mine in January and although I didn't notice it at first there was a small patch of glue on flap. I used a clean dry cloth to remove the most stubborn section and then gently scratched it off with my nails. V v carefully! Try and see of it comes off easily and if not contact LV.
I totally agree with this, as I have seen this on other pieces, like my reverse card holder. I think it's okay!
It's not the coating peeling, it's excess glue that comes from under the glazing, it comes off when you gently rub back and forth with your finger.
