I've finally joined the club, after TWO years of never being able to find it in-store or online!! I randomly walked into the Bloomingdale's at 59th Street and they had one! I'd greatly appreciate any feedback from the experts. Is she a keeper?! If not, I have no qualms about returning (I want her to be as close to perfection, considering the price.) Thank you all so much in advance!!!

I purchased a Coach Cassie first to see if I would like the functionality (I wasn't a fan of previous "flap" bags that I had owned.) Loved it, so now I am so excited and looking forward to receiving this gorgeous bag for my upcoming birthday

Hi everyone! I am very excited to join this group. Today I bought my first PM in empreinte leather and I was lucky enough to be offered a new colour which will be available to the public only tomorrow. It is a very beautiful burgundy colour much darker than the scarlet one. It has a blue glazing and a wonderful blue interior! I took a couple of pictures of the bag to share the new release with you but they do not make this colour any justice. I think it's perfect for fall/winter.

I love this color so much! I wish I could still find it in store!!!

Welcome! I can’t see any defect . Flap is aligned, glazing looks good and the hardware has got plastic protectors ....Enjoy your bag in good heath.

My replacement pochette Métis!The one I bought in May 2019 cracked So I took it in today. I was prepared to pay the difference and get the empreinte but I asked the SA to just double check in case they had a mono in the store. We were quite surprised when they actually did have one and I was able to exchange. I can tell from this “newer” model that contrary to my other one, the sides on this bag are less ‘pinched” together on the sides which caused stress on the canvas hence the cracking but only time will tell. The glazing is also perfect on the flap so I’m willing to give the mono another chance since it’s my favorite bag. The SA said if it happens again they’ll keep exchanging it.....really happy about LV customer service.

This bag is stunning! Does it coordinate well with clothing? And would you say it is more brown or more grey? The closest LV is in a covid hotspot a decent few hour commute away so I have not had a chance to see this in real life. It is beautiful and quite mesmerizing color wise from the pictures.

I saw the new tourterelle color in a different bag yesterday and it’s a beautiful color. To me it’s like mixing grey and taupe together. It’s very neutral and goes with everything. Definitely a year round bag but you would still need to be mindful to avoid color transfer. That’s the color I was gonna go for if they didn’t have the mono.

Help! I’ve had my Pochette Metis for about a year now but I’ve used it only a handful of times (not because I don’t love it, I do! But because it’s so precious). However recently when I took it out again I’ve noticed that the flaps are starting to angle up/lift
off ever so slightly at the sides (where it is not fastened by the s lock). I don’t really know how to describe it so I will insert photos. And also the back canvas seems to “pop out” above and beyond the zip. Does anyone else’s bag look like that after some time? I live in a dry country and I store it on an open shelf without it’s dustbag I don’t over stuff my bag either
