How much past the 30 day? There should be a small grace period. The zipper should definitely not look scratched like that. It will not be long before the base metal shows through. Please return and exchange it.

It's less than a week after the return period, I called LV they told me that they'd accept it given the whole lockdown situation. Such a relief!
This is the side of mine, sometimes they are like this with them being hand made, it depends how you feel with it, it's a beautiful bag I'm loving it

I just pulled the trigger on the PM in mono! Was stalking all day and it just showed up available. The potential price increase put me over the edge to go for it. Keeping fingers crossed it won’t be too long on me (I am petite) and will hold all my items. I hope I love it as much all of you love yours! (And I hope my husband doesn’t see the box or notice my new handbag!!) 
It’s a minor flaw but such a pricey bag doesn’t allow such a mistake. Imho. Not tragic if you want to keep it the rest of your life though. I see my bags as an object of pleasure. They come n go.
Can you post a picture from above, like an overview? Does it sit in de middle of the bag when you don't look at the lines?

Hi! I am 5’ so am super excited to see your feedback. Thank you - now I am even more anxious to receive the bag. Do you wear it mostly crossbody or shoulder only? This will be my first crossbody bag in a while since I typically wear shoulder bags which are larger and easy to take on and off. I like the fact I have an option to wear it both ways.
I am cautiously optimistic that my PM won’t have the issues others have noted. I have told myself to look at it positively unless there are glaring defects.

Here is a pic of me wearing it crossbody to give you a better idea of what it looks like. I could actually get away with probably taking it down a notch. I wear it crossbody most times but do sometimes wear it non-crossbody and this length is perfect for wearing it that way.
