I had it but returned it. I’m not sure if it felt too dressy but it just didn’t go with lots of outfits effortlessly like the Mono or Emp leather does.

I ordered a spare part a few months ago. Sorry, I don't have my SA's phone number. The sales associates recognizes me when I walk in the LV store. Every store has "different" policies when it comes to ordering repair parts. It also depends on your SA's relationship. Most stores will not let you order a repair part if you have not purchased that item in the past. The repair specialist at my Louis Vuitton ordered the felicie coin pouch and card holder as repair parts for me. She did mention that there is a shortage in ordering repair parts or anything in France at this current time. You should try to contact the LV store in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

I have seen the bags get warped and have a dent at the bottom. But I wonder if maybe these were left in hot cars. One way to see wear and tear is to look at used ones for sale on ebay.

I’ve had mine in Noir Empreinte for over a year. I have no issues and I carry it very often. I prefer Empreinte over Epi.

I think for a small bag empreinte leather is better and gorgeous even if I love épi leather on bigger bags.

I think it depends if you want gold or silver hardware. Both are pretty.
