I'm a new owner of the old model monogram pochette! I just ordered the gold straps from eBay, both short and long. I can't wait for them to arrive!

I purchased the adjustable canvas strap that goes with the pochette metis and it makes a great worry-free crossbody/shoulder option too! :)

Does anyone happen to know the strap length that comes with the PA? I ordered one and am still waiting to receive it. In the meantime I would like to get the same length chain strap from mautto. Thank you so much LVoelies [emoji4]

I got the 18" chain strap from Mautto and works perfectly on my mono PA. Its long enuf to wear it over a light jacket too or thick sweater

I called the customer service line hoping to find a mono and damier ebene. He said there wasn't anymore mono nor azur in the country, but that there was 5 more ebene. He called one and said they didn't pick up he would just send my info on to the stores with stock. So I asked for the stores numbers and did the foot work myself. Three said nope and I found the most wonderful SA who just got one in this morning. She was more than happy to do a charge send for me and even waived shipping with out even asking. She did say the pochette was being discontinued but that they were told ones would trickle in on the website until they were all gone. She was also super surprised to have gotten one this morning from corporate.

The PA NM strap length, including clasp is 21 inches. The strap drop is 9.5 inches. The metal chain I purchased is 19.75 inches and it works, but I wouldn't do any shorter. It's all a matter of preference though! Enjoy your new PA NM; it's one of my most versatile & most used pieces! :)

Finally got my gold chains from k-craft and Rebirthday both on Ebay. They are both the same company as both chains arrived in the one parcel, k-craft is cheaper. Rebirthday also readjusted the long chain from 120cm to 110cm for me. The code for the chains are BG01 either 50cm or 120cm. I'm 5'ft 2 (157cm) It really lifts the pochette damier ebene! Hope this info helps xxx

You are so lucky! Just called the 1-866 # now and the SA said there is none in the USA and there's also a long waitlist. He assured me that the bag is not being discontinued though so what's the deal? [emoji30]

I would try again. The first rep I talked to immediately said it was sold out all colors country wide. She didn't even take a second to check. I'm sure they get many calls but she seemed so bothered that I even asked. I just called right back and the next checked and said they had 5. Yes I'm so excited and lucky. Both the customer service representative and the SA told me it was being slowly phased out, so who knows. I think it's crazy tk phase out something so useful and a great seller. GOOD LUCK fingers crossed for you.

Posted this already in the Multicolor Club but I wanted to share my recent purchases here as well since its the Pochette Club. Love these to bits and I can't believe the amazing condition I found these in. Both are over 10 years old but look barely used. Now I'm just waiting for my long cross body strap to arrive. So happy to have joined the club!! Thanks for letting me share! :heart::amuse:
