Called again and CS was able to look it up and there was supposedly one DE at the Bloor Street location (I am in Canada). Since I haven't brought anything from LV Canada in the past 12 months was told they can't do a charge-send and they advised visiting the local store to get it charge-send (like what's the difference?). Anyway went to the local store and asked about it and was told store policy has changed recently and I need to contact the Bloor store directly. Called Bloor store and was transferred to the CS dept again. Guy was kind enough to look up inventory and contact Bloor directly. Turns out the DE pochette they have is actually a defective one that should've been deleted from inventory. Oh the runaround! Why is it so hard to get a PA???
The SA at the local store told me that they have low stocks on all the canvas pieces due to "high demand" [emoji78] and there's a shortage on all canvas pieces across North America. She said I can put my name on a wait list but she thinks it won't be available until after summer at this rate. [emoji30]
As well the CS agent (at call centre) assured me that the PA is not being discontinued at this time but as I asked how they are notified of discontinued items he admits that they don't get advance notice. [emoji82]
LV seems to be eliminating all bags under $1K. Hope I will get one when one comes by [emoji80]
