I just ordered a cross body strap from mcraft for my preloved pochette. The vachetta on it is has a very dark patina, so it will be mismatched for quite a while. I don't really care. I want to wear it cross body..so I will! 
I have a damier ebene and looking forward to one in azur... i really hope they dont discontinue this piece.. my SA stated it was just a rumor.. keeping my fingers crossed!

Below is a strap that I just ordered again from eBay (evil bay). Hopefully, it's not too wide but just comfortable enough
But overall, this new to me pochette will be a catch all 
I treated myself to this pochette last month, and have been ordering straps off eBay. fun!! This one is from seller rebirthday, and i have a short gold chain from kcraft on the way! Couple questions, for the mcraft/vachetta lovers on etsy, what width would you recommend? And does it match well, or good enough?
And now I'm wishing i could get this pochette in mg but as we know, it's not available. I called lv and they said they would have more in two weeks. (Crossing fingers!) Has anyone heard anything else?
Other question, do the older preloved models not have that handy little side pocket?
One more question. If they never come back with these, what do you recommend as a close second choice (in mg).?

That is correct that the older models to not have the little pocket inside. When you order from K craft I would just go with the skinniest strap. That's what I did and the strap is perfect.
Maybe the full lease would be a runner up. I would keep stalking the website at 10 PM EST US time if you're really trying to get one. I ordered one a few weeks ago that way.

Older model doesn't have a small pocket inside. As to your 2nd question, I recommend favorite MM. It's close to the size of PA. It comes with a long strap already as a crossbody bag. The only downside is that it doesn't have a zipper like PA.
Rebirthday on eBay is the seller. They say it is leather.... Lots of color choices!
Mcraft leather in thin width. She marks it to say it's for pochette so easy to find
I've been thinking about getting the Caissa Tote and using the detachable strap alongside a pochette to wear it crossbody.
That being said, I don't really want the DE pochette due to the red interior (worried about color transfer). Would the DE strap look strange with a Monogram pochette?

Agreed. I was super surprised on how "soft" the canvas was compared to my other bags. Even the SA made a comment too.
Finally I can join the club 
My PA NM in DA arrived yesterday. She`s soooo pretty and cute and useful! I´ll use her most of the time as a clutch, with the Pochette Felicie chain.
