In my store, they take a picture before taking the bracelet in the back for cleaning.
You might as well take one in front of them.

Yes, I did. If I placed it on the thread, the bracelet would be too stiff and not conform to my wrist. It's probably because of the charm sizes that I have. This was recommended by Pandora sales lady as well.

Oh I don't know the details I'm afraid. It was just something I read on here years ago. I think it must be safe and anything that went missing must have been a rare thing. I think you leave it with them and come back in an hour. They put it in this machine to clean it I think. It makes the bracelet shiny and clean, as oppose to polishing it by hand.

Is your bracelet quite new? When it's new the bracelet is rigid but softens up after a while. If you flex your bracelet you will find that it is more rigid one way than the other way.

I get my bracelets cleaned in the store and have never had a problem with them and I have a lot of Muranos. The stores I go to take a picture of the bracelet before cleaning it; I take a pic with my phone as well to ensure I get the right one back! Less likelihood of theft that way, although to tell you the truth, it seems mad, imo, for the SA's to be thieving when they get such good deals.

Finally took a picture of my updated bracelets. For a while I was wearing all my charms sans muranos on one bracelet, but have since split them back into two bracelets and added the glass back on. All my new charms are on my blue bracelet.

I didn't know there were exclusive charms for Las Vegas!
- A black faceted murano charm, with a white marking "Las Vegas"
- A pair of silver dices with CZ in lieu of the marking (exists in gold)
- A round dangle engraved with the Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas sign.

Ladies have you ever seen a Pandora two tone angel charm? I was looking at some Pandora bracelets on Pinterest and I saw some bracelets that had a two tone angel on them. The charm is like the normal silver angel with wings but she is holding a small gold heart and has a gold halo. It looks pretty real and it was on a bracelet where all the other charms were Pandora from what I gather. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Perhaps it is a different make or fake, but it looked really cute.

........I googled and did a bit of research and I cannot find this charm. I think it must be a fake. I've only seen two of them and they were both on pinterest. Oh well. It would be cool if they did make one.
