I realised I haven't replied here for AGES. I've been diligently reading all the posts but I haven't had anything to say. Heh. But I just got a bunch of new charms in March because of my birthday month 20% off promotion for being a VIP, plus one more charm that my friends got for me.

I haven't polished my bracelet for a few days so it's less picture-worthy than I like and I don't wanna take a picture in less-than-optimal state. Will update eventually- I hope! But I got two buttercup clips and the two-tone safety chain, which I hadn't been able to justify buying before this because they're so expensive here. I also got the new piano charm in the same transaction. My friends got the sparkling butterfly dangle for me separately.

There was recently a free bracelet with SGD$250 spent over this last weekend, and I'm slightly regretting choosing the 20% discount over waiting for that promotion (because I was aware of it when I purchased my charms), but that's okay. I did save a bit more than if I'd used my usual 15% discount, and I definitely don't need more bracelets!

There is one thing I have noticed about Pandora charms. They are getting bigger! The charms seem to get bigger and bigger, bordering on the massive! Some of these open charms are just enormous and do not go well with the older charms that are smaller. Has anyone else noticed this? For instance if someone has the tea pot charm and they bought the two tone filgree openworks heart charm, they would look so out of proportion together.

On a separate note, I really need some advice from you ladies. I got a charm today and silly me didn't try it out in the shop. I bought it and took it home and when I tried it on my bracelet, I've decided that it doesn't look right. I don't want to get a refund but an exchange. I have decided I would prefer the wild flower muranos. I know to get a refund I would have to go to the same store, but to get an exchange, I can go to any branch. However I want an exchange and get the muranos but would need to pay the different. Does anyone know if I can do this at any branch or would it have to be the branch I got the charm from? Thanks.x

Hi Tabitha14. I have taken back a pandora charm to a different pandora store where I live and they are happy to exchange or even refund. As long as it's a Pandora Store it will be ok x

Yes, I noticed that too. The new charms are usually big round balls ;) Except for one spacer, I only have old ones on my bracelet. I suppose that if I make a new one, it will look pretty different!

you can go to any pandora store for an exchange.

When I was last in pandora the shop assistant told me about their free cleaning service... I never knew about this before, I've never actually cleaned my bracelets, whoops. Has anyone else used this service? Is it any good/does it cause any damage at all? I'm worried that they might be rough with my bracelets.

I have read about this on here before in the past. There have been people who have used it and who have been very happy with the result, but then I also read how others have had their bracelet back with a couple of charms missing.

Thanks to everyone who gave me feedback on exchanging my charm at a different branch if Pandora. I wad able to exchange them for 2 wild flower murano beads which I so love. I am keeping them to put on my heart clasp bracelet which I am getting on my birthday.

I also really like the pink heart cz murano beads. I wouldn't mind two of these for my pink bracelet. I have other pink muranos on but would like to change it up.

Oh that's weird. Do you know was this because they were stolen? Or they came off because there was no clip to stop them?

Also, would charms with CZ be damaged do you know?
