Hi ladies! Newbie here :-)

I need some advice on a Pandora charm & it looks like you ladies know your stuff!

My Pandora bracelet is a collection of meaningful charms, and I've recently got my first job in my dream career. It's been a struggle to get here and a very difficult career path to 'break into' so it would mean a lot to be able to have a charm to symbolise my new job and finally getting my foot through the door with this first stepping stone.

What charms would you suggest for a new job??

I know there's a money bag, which a lot of people use for new job. But my dream career (clinical psychology) is definitely not driven by money, and I feel the money bag would be completely inappropriate for me.

The only thing I can think of is something with stars on because of the whole connection with 'dreams coming true'.

Would you consider an essence bracelet? reason being is that line is quite inspirational based...

Otherwise, yes some of the wonderful stars would be nice, also perhaps clovers? even a horseshoe to symbolize the luck( i know it's more dedication and tireless work but lol) of getting where you wanted to be.

The watchful eye is kinda cool too i think it can be many things... the one great thing about the charms is how multiple meanings can be obtained with them, so i would go with what speaks to you.

Congratulations, on your accomplishment.

I saw my friend today, she went to America a couple of weeks ago and picked up some disney charms for me! So pleased with my choices - was a little worried to buy without seeing them in person, especially as I wasn't 100% sure if I like Eeyore in the pictures (but he's one of my favourite characters). Anyway, they all look nice in person, eeyore looks very cute with his stiching and other details, one of my favourites of all of mine. Now I just have to reorganise my bracelets to get them to fit a theme! :)

What a delightful set of charms. I especially love Eeyore! You must be over the moon.

In the Disney collection, there are 2 beads that could fit: the Dream and Believe charms.
The Star CZ charm is retired, but still available (I got mine at pandoramoa). It's a star representing your dream, and it can also represent how you reach to people in your job, with the CZ connected to the silver and gold dots.

I also suggest the Disney "Dream" charm. It's very pretty. Another Disney one is the Cinderella heart that's says "A dream is a wish the heart makes" or something along those lines... The "Dream" one is open works and two-tone. The heart is a silver heart with a tad light blue. I have the "dream" one if you want to see a pic!

Thank you for the suggestions, I really like the idea of the watchful eye! Also goes well with my observant self (Although I wish it wasn't a dangler!) Also, thank you for your congratulations :)

Thank you!
That star charm is a lovely idea, I especially like how you connected it to 'reaching out to people' in my job. Such a sweet meaning to attribute to the charm. And lovely pic!

I have just looked-up the Disney Cinderella heart and I absolutely LOVE it. I think it fits well because I have always followed my heart to get this job, even at times when my head says no. So thank you!!
I don't know why I didn't think of the Disney charms before! (I already have one Disney charm that I bought when I visited Disney Florida with my niece and nephew last summer. Although I bought it thinking it was a Pandora, it did turn out to be a Camilia, oops! Must have been all that sunshine that got to my head.)
Do Pandora sell their Disney charms on their website? I'm having real troubles finding them.

The dream one looks very delicate :), although on the photos online I find it difficult to make-out what it says.

They say here that it says 'believe' but it looks like 'dream,' to me! What does it actually say, and is it easier to make-out in person?

Lol this one says Believe: http://www.pandoramoa.com/believe-disney-charm.html

The Disney charms are sold in stores or through websites owned by official resellers. (like that pandora MOA)

Now we want to know which one you'll choose!

Congratulations! I studied psychology too :) in the arts though and am now a stay at home mama.

I was going to suggest the Cinderella charm too, or the books to show your completed knowledge. Or the fairy tale book because dreams come true in fairy tales. Or even the fairy with her magic wand because depending on what your new job is, you just might be like a fairy, helping others live their lives and make their dreams come true.

The heart says exactly; "A dream is a wish your heart makes." It's an excellent choice. I haven't seen it in person myself so I can't say if it's clearer or not.

Maybe someone has a photo they can post?

Congratulations on your dream job! Wishing you happiness and luck in it!

Have you considered the caduceus charm btw? I'm not sure if it's retired where you are but it's still available in my country's website so I think it's still available. Even though your job isn't as obviously healthcare as a doctor or nurse, I think it's definitely just as relevant.
