So it's been almost a month since I placed my order at Perlen (Feb 11th) and 15 working days since the dispatch email and still no package :storm:

I wrote them a very polite but firm email stating that it's the first time that a package has never arrived for me, and I even went to the post office today to ask if they had something for me...thankfully they know me there since it's a small neighborhood and they took the time to have a look around in case they misplaced it. Nothing!

I even mentioned that I have heard loads of great things about their online store and a lot of people I know have ordered from them, but currently there is another person I know that has not received her order either. I asked them to get back to me about whether they would like to refund me or resend my order as I'd hate to lose all that money and it's not legal for them to decline both solutions.

Hopefully they will get back to me and either send it out again or refund me, otherwise I'm disputing via paypal and getting the money back from there.

Something smells very fishy because it can't be a coincidence that two people here are still waiting for their orders after all this time!!

Sorry for the superLong post, but I've gotten to the point where I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed. I'm so disappointed at this whole experience that it's completely put me off even planning out the rest of the charms I want to get for the bracelet representing my daughter..I used to sit around playing with the bracelet creator and planning it out, now I just want this ridiculous issue to end :pout: I'm usually a very patient person and don't fuss about orders taking a long time to get to me, but I've never ever had an order take SO LONG!!!

A month?! That is ridiculous and unacceptable. Is there any telephone number on their webiste that you could ring them - if they have a customer service line. I am so sorry that Perlen has spoiled the joy you should have had with your new charms. You are extremely patient and I don't think Perlen has realised how badly they have upset genuine customers like you. Fingers crossed for the parcel to arrive sooner than later.xx
 
Oh no your a very unhappy bunny today. I think you should go on their facebook page too and tell them whats gone on ive notice they do reply asap as soon as someone has something negative to say. Plus you could tell them you are on this thread and there is also a lady here with the same problem and everyone here is aware so are put off from ordering off them. I myself have been put off , was suppose to order from them last Thursday but I didnt cos of whats gone on with you and tabitha Its all mentioned from me a good 10 pages back on this thread. So they can see they are losing customers.
Yes I am very unhappy with this whole situation.

To add insult to injury I got an email back that started with "WOW we've never sent an order to Greece before."

Seriously?!

Not to mention that there wasn't a single apology in the entire email they sent back to me! They said that they give up to 14 working days for delivery within the EU and if it's not here by monday to contact them again.

I have a sneaking suspicion that they might be delaying so that the 45 days to file a claim with paypal will go by. Why else would they say to contact them on Monday when I clearly told them that it has been 15 working days already and sent them my order number as well.

I replied stating that I will be emailing them by Friday since Monday will be March 10th...ONE MONTH after I placed my order! :(

My gut tells me to just file a claim with paypal and get my money back...it's not like I'm ever going to order from them again!! But the positive side in me says to wait until Friday because maybe just MAYBE it might show up...I'm so torn :(

Sorry for hogging up the thread and being such a downer. I'm just really upset with all this. If I had spent like 15 euros I might not even care, but my order was 100 euros :( not money I want to lose.

This doesn't surprise me, very informal.
I agree with you, I'd be inclined to just open a claim. Or maybe tell them you will be doing this on x date if they do not resolve your problem before them..Like you say, they said themselves to give 14 working days.. It has been more than that..

I think cos you told them friday I would do what you intended wait till friday then file a claim with pay pal get your money back first. Your order is sizeable amount. I think protect your own interest first dont risk them making you go over the 45 day. Plus you have given them plenty of time to deliver the order. Good job it wasnt a birthday or wedding gift it would be useless to have recieved it so late hadn't it come on time. Maybe when you feel more confident with them or others on here have recieved their orders then risk order off them again. They so bad they should give you a free bead to compensate for the hassle and stress they have caused you.
 
A childish question for you Missydora - have you ever counted how many charms you have got in total? Looks like you've got some amazing Pandora collections. I do admire them all:D!

I have 76 beads in total includes ones that my daughter has borrowed 81 if include the 5 muranoes I gave her out of guilt because I had so much?? Im trying to use them as much as I can as before I joined this thread I was only using my favourite 20 beads. But now im finding ways to be more creative. :)
 
Do you think this would still happen if say had two single leather bracelets and use two of the double clips? Cos I quite like the idea but would hate it if it kept going upside down im assuming yours was the double leather bracelet

Mine was a double bracelet, you are right. It was uneasy putting it on, because I felt I was damaging the leather because of the clips. If you would would go for two single bracelets it would be no problem putting it on.
The reason it was always up side down was the weight of the XL murano, so I don't know what charms you are planning to put on it but I wouldn't go for heavy charms like the XL murano.
Also I would reccommend a thight fitt.
