I saw this on pinterest today and I am loving it. I think I am going to get both color butterfly's and pair them together. They look like they are really rich and deep colors.
Anyone else thinking of getting some? They go great with the purple fascinating, I saw a picture of that too.
They are so pretty! Can I ask if the purple glass dangle charm there part of the sprint collection as well? Thanks.

I've loved jewelry all my life. In high school i realized I really liked silver. When I became a nurse at 23 I turned to diamonds! That of course couldn't last very long, I had to learn the value of a hard earned dollar.
Here's a pic of my first big purchase. Yes I know it's an engagement ring, but I liked it so that's what I got! Friends gave me grief over it when I got it, and now 10 years later people are noe giving me grief about my pandora collection!
It is a beautiful diamond ring! Sometimes people moan simply because they are jealous! They can carry on their moaning, you know what I would not bother for a second. Life is too short and there are an awlful a lot more out there than their silly moaning that are worth of our time.:cool:
 
They are really insulting peoples intelligence with their silly excuses. Canada isnt exactly like outer mongolia where you might expect the postal system to be technically challenging for the postman??? Think maybe they want to keep your money in there bank account for longer. They deserve negative feedback. At this rate you want your money back plus interest!


I wish I could leave horrible feedback, but there's no such option on their website. I work a lot, but if they think I won't take the time to spread the word about their dishonesty they're in for a rude awakening!
 
So it's been almost a month since I placed my order at Perlen (Feb 11th) and 15 working days since the dispatch email and still no package :storm:

I wrote them a very polite but firm email stating that it's the first time that a package has never arrived for me, and I even went to the post office today to ask if they had something for me...thankfully they know me there since it's a small neighborhood and they took the time to have a look around in case they misplaced it. Nothing!

I even mentioned that I have heard loads of great things about their online store and a lot of people I know have ordered from them, but currently there is another person I know that has not received her order either. I asked them to get back to me about whether they would like to refund me or resend my order as I'd hate to lose all that money and it's not legal for them to decline both solutions.

Hopefully they will get back to me and either send it out again or refund me, otherwise I'm disputing via paypal and getting the money back from there.

Something smells very fishy because it can't be a coincidence that two people here are still waiting for their orders after all this time!!

Sorry for the superLong post, but I've gotten to the point where I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed. I'm so disappointed at this whole experience that it's completely put me off even planning out the rest of the charms I want to get for the bracelet representing my daughter..I used to sit around playing with the bracelet creator and planning it out, now I just want this ridiculous issue to end :pout: I'm usually a very patient person and don't fuss about orders taking a long time to get to me, but I've never ever had an order take SO LONG!!!

Thanks for the compliment, if you have facebook you could complain via their facebook page they do have one. And im sure they wouldn't like negative comments on there for all potential customers to see.

Oh no your a very unhappy bunny today. I think you should go on their facebook page too and tell them whats gone on ive notice they do reply asap as soon as someone has something negative to say. Plus you could tell them you are on this thread and there is also a lady here with the same problem and everyone here is aware so are put off from ordering off them. I myself have been put off , was suppose to order from them last Thursday but I didnt cos of whats gone on with you and tabitha Its all mentioned from me a good 10 pages back on this thread. So they can see they are losing customers.
 
Hi VioletGold, i am in the same situation as you! I am usually a silent reader on this thread, but i just feel i had to say something about my experiences with them!! I placed my first order on 10 Feb, and till date my item has yet to arrive. The weird thing is...i placed another order on 21 Feb and the item has already reached me last Friday. :confused1::confused1::confused1:

I actually emailed Perlen and they asked me to wait longer as the delivery time can range from 4 to 30 days. I am trying to stay optimistic as one of my ASOS buy took 2-3 months to reach me (residing in Singapore btw).

Sorry for ranting here and pretty bracelets all you ladies got! :smile1:
