So it's been almost a
month since I placed my order at Perlen (Feb 11th) and 15 working days since the dispatch email and still no package :storm:
I wrote them a very polite but firm email stating that it's the first time that a package has never arrived for me, and I even went to the post office today to ask if they had something for me...thankfully they know me there since it's a small neighborhood and they took the time to have a look around in case they misplaced it. Nothing!
I even mentioned that I have heard loads of great things about their online store and a lot of people I know have ordered from them, but currently there is another person I know that has not received her order either. I asked them to get back to me about whether they would like to refund me or resend my order as I'd hate to lose all that money and it's not legal for them to decline both solutions.
Hopefully they will get back to me and either send it out again or refund me, otherwise I'm disputing via paypal and getting the money back from there.
Something smells very fishy because it can't be a coincidence that two people here are still waiting for their orders after all this time!!
Sorry for the superLong post, but I've gotten to the point where I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed. I'm so disappointed at this whole experience that it's completely put me off even planning out the rest of the charms I want to get for the bracelet representing my daughter..I used to sit around playing with the bracelet creator and planning it out, now I just want this ridiculous issue to end

I'm usually a very patient person and don't fuss about orders taking a long time to get to me, but I've never ever had an order take SO LONG!!!
