I've actually had enough now and have emailed Perlen saying my charm hadn't arrived and won't be arriving, and that they need to send me another. I am waiting for their response but somehow I don't think they will be replying until Monday. I wonder if they will just ignore me and make it difficult to get anything back? I'm really angry now.

Oh no your not a happy bunny today, perlen shame on you too! Please sort this lady out she's waited long enough , you too get one of these :rtr:

Like I was saying before, my parents have said they will buy me a charm and I would have liked the pink pearl dangle one, the one you have which is cheaper on Perlen. If they do get them back in stock I don't know if I would go for it. I am more annoyed cos I was buying the charm for a friend as a gift. If it was for me I would have just bought it at a shop by now and demanded a refund. I don't want to buy the teacup from a shop as I want to get the bargain.

Do you know when the spring charms wiill be out in March? Am looking forward to the Chinese ones.

Missydora, did you end up buying the light as a feather from Perlen or have you been put off? I do think mine must be a one off. Don't let it put you off too much.

No I've been put off cos its nearly £40 don't want want lose it or have to wait forever for it like you guys think I'm going to get a charm from mothers day collection it was toss up between vintage hear two tone £65 or the round bead with lots of pink enamel hearts with one of the hearts being gold £55. I'm not sure about vintage heart its beautiful but can imagine it flopping down so the heart would be upside down a lot would that be annoying? I'm not sure as I don't have any puffy heart charms like that so don't really know if that does occur.

Nope I've heard nothing about them to when they will be released in UK

Hi! I purchased four charms from an Etsy seller last year when I was just starting out my bracelet. I really liked my lucky cat charm (I have a cat obsession haha) so I bought another for my second bracelet last week at the Pandora store, when I got home I compared it to my first bracelet and realized the charms looked really different.

The charm I purchased from the Pandora store is on my bracelet now (I took off the charms I bought from the Etsy seller). Does it look fishy? Thank you for your time!

Oh no! It looks like you were sold a fake!!

Which seller did you buy from? I have a lucky cat and chinese money bag that I bought ages ago from a seller on etsy with loads of sales and I'm starting to worry they might be fake since I've never seen the same charms IRL to compare.

Are you planning to dispute via paypal that the item you received was a fake to get your money back?

Argh I'm so frustrated with the troubles everyone is having with their orders!!

Next time I'll just stick to thejewelhut for orders or make time to drag myself down to the concept store which is an hour away...so disappointing :(

I have the plain puffy heart charm but I can imagine that if the gold heart is just on one side, it may flop down. The pink enamel hearts one looks cute with the little gold heart in it.

Yeah it's so annoying when you have to contact them and wait for a reply etc etc. I don't want to pay full price either! Perlen has always been good so I don't know what's up with them this time. It feels like I placed my order weeks ago. I can't believe they are shut on a Saturday. This will drag on until Monday/Tuesday.

I have both the lucky cat and Chinese bag. Perhaps you can upload a pic and see if we can tell if it's the real thing. They probably are.

Think I will get the pink enamel heart one. Then wait till they release the dangle version of the vintage heart then wouldn't have problem with it being a floppy heart. I don't think I'd like it as much if the heart was constantly upside down. Whereas with a dangly although it might not look as impressive at least it would be right way up.

The interlocking dangle hearts are really lovely too.

Missydora, I agree about the upside down hearts, it drives me bonkers. I love the hearts but every time I look down at my angle the are upside down. I will try to post a picture I took the other day

Thanks for confirming my suspicion I was unsure if it would do this as I don't have any charms heart shaped to be sure. But now you say I know it would drive me bonkers too. Thanks for telling me at least now I can cross vintage heart for definite as I know I couldn't put up with a floppy heart.
