I got my cat from a actual store and my money bag was from Perlen. I got them when they first came out so mine are a bit worn. The cat is a little worn.


I am trying to compare my cat to yours. It's hard unless they are put together. What do people think?

Just by looking at them they look genuine. The only difference is the stamp on your cat. My stamp is higher up and nearer the paws but to be honest if they are stamped individually, this means nothing.

Thanks your stamp and details seem to be thinner than mine if that makes sense...I have no idea what to think anymore. The stamps on all my other charms are lighter than the money bag and lucky cat...but I thought the diffence could be due to the fact that they are older charms.

Yes I got a bracelet and 3 charms. I have the bear my heart charm and medicine charm (my little girl is an ivf baby) that I wanted to put on as well. I'm planning on adding to it over the years and giving it to her when she's grown up

At least I have time to rebuy everything by the time she's 18 :lolots:

OK so I snapped some pics of my lucky cat and chinese money bag...hopefully they're not too crappy and you guys and help me out with your expertise and let me know if they're authentic or not.

God I hope they are lol It's been a traumatic week pandora-wise

Aw that's lovely! It's awful that we have to wait and it may not even turn up! I hope yours come because they are lovely charms to represent your daughter. The teacup charm is because my friend and I love to meet up for a natter, haha!

The stamp on the bottom of your cat looks like the stamp on the bottom of the fake cat. I don't want to scare you, it's just an observation. I posted a better pic of my cat charm for you to look at.

Thank you so much for posting pictures I don't think the charms I got from etsy are genuine shame because I got them ages ago and could have sent them back for a refund...lesson learned!

Hmm, it hard to tell. The more I look, the more I can see little things. More so the cat than the money bag. Did you pay a lot less for them than they would be in the shop? What kind of packaging did it come with? Copies are so good nowadays you could have a bracelet full of copies and without scrutinising them, no one would know whether they are real or fake.

Using my power of observation with much deliberating and comparing of two waving cats. I think violets cat looks like suzzana's cat from a few pages ago they both seem to have that cheekier grin if you get what I mean I'm not say Pandora genuine waving cat looks miserable but violets and suzzana's look happier ???

Its been a long road really , age 11 my daughter went to a large state school comp which had limited funding and resources. She got very bullied and pushed around for being academic or a swot as they say she got very sad and depressed. It started when teachers would sit her next to naughty kids or less abled ones in hope she could tutor/help them and hopefully would inspire them to do better. This had opposite effect kids resented her. So I went back to full time work to help fund private schooling 6 years on shes a happier more confident child. Ohh the things we do for our kids eh??? But their worth it

She is lucky to have such a devoted mum, that makes up for a lot I think. And so brave of you to start working full time to give her this change. A person should always feel free to be so proud of good grades! I wish my kids were getting better grades, although it's going pretty okay at the moment
