Hi! I purchased four charms from an Etsy seller last year when I was just starting out my bracelet. I really liked my lucky cat charm (I have a cat obsession haha) so I bought another for my second bracelet last week at the Pandora store, when I got home I compared it to my first bracelet and realized the charms looked really different.

The charm I purchased from the Pandora store is on my bracelet now (I took off the charms I bought from the Etsy seller). Does it look fishy? Thank you for your time!

They definitely look different and I would say the old one is fake. Too bad there are so many dishonest people out there. But now you have the real one and its so cute!

Hi everyone! :D I'm fairly new to Pandora. I've been collecting charms for a little over a year now. I'm really not satisfied with my bracelet right now. Can anybody help me out?

I used to have the muranos right after the spacers, but everything seemed a little too tight. Also, the bear I have wasn't on the bracelet builder. It's the Bear My Heart charm with the gold heart.

They really look different. The cat I got look same as the one u just bought. I would say ur old one look fake.

Good copy though and even had the stamp on. If you didn't have the real one you just wouldn't know.

What is it that you aren't happy about? The arrangement, the colours?

They do look really different. I feel the one on the left must be authentic. It has more detail than the right and the red heart shape is not as ´messy´as the one on the right.
I once bought the pink ribbon charm with enamel on Ebay and it was fake too, I went to the store and they showed me with a special magnifying glass that from up close the enamel on the Pandora charm has clear lines on the side and the fake one was just a little messy on the sides. Whitout the magnifying glass it looked pretty good. Also had ALE 925 on it.

Wow, that must be a great feeling. I´m not there yet, my youngest is 7 years old.
I trie not to worry too much. But that is a really nice prospect for you.

I also have the feeling that the number 9 is a little more pointy at the bottom than it is suppose to be. On the charm that is laying on top of the other. I hope I said it the right way, in understandeble english.

Pretty bracelet! The only thing I would change for now is buy a third dangle, about the same size a the star en use the larger dangle as a centre piece. The smaller dangle can go in the place of the larger dangle. It would be more balanced like that.

I've actually had enough now and have emailed Perlen saying my charm hadn't arrived and won't be arriving, and that they need to send me another. I am waiting for their response but somehow I don't think they will be replying until Monday. I wonder if they will just ignore me and make it difficult to get anything back? I'm really angry now.

Really have to look closely so see the difference but I would say the red heart on the cats collar gives it away. The etsy one the heart is slightly pinker and larger than the genuine one. But very good imitation its not immediately noticeable.

Keep the swan and the 2 spacers as it is. Move the bear so its next to the spacer and place that charm where the bear use to be. And then move the carousel so its next to the spacer then move the feather charm to wear the carousel was. Leave the rest where it is. I can only think that maybe your not liking your design immediately could be that because the charms after the spacers in the middle section are all of the same barrel shape and by breaking it up with other shapes you get to see the individual charms and its details more. But overall I would still think your first design is lovely. I love the pink and your using very detailed intricate charms. Post more pics :smile1:
