I like the open heart dangle charm, a bit like the Tiffiny open heart jewelry.



That is the limited edition charm from Christ jeweler, I got it from Ebay. So happy I bought when I saw one I could afford. The only one on sale on Ebay now is almost 1000 euro´s (!!)
In store they once were only 59 or 69 euro's...

Omg! You have a very extensive collection:cool: hours of fun creating!! How long have you been collecting?. You have so many beads I would love to own:p it must be like having your own pandora counter with all those beads:D


I have been collecting for almost a year and a half. I took an extra job to pay for it :D
I don't mind working hard, it's for my own pleasure. And of course I have been searching for the right prices too.

Thank you! I'm just about done collecting now. Now I will only buy charms when a limited edition comes along that I can't resist. Like the club charm in March. And of course when a find a bargain such as the gold core murano's :D
 
I think you've been incredibly patient with them you gave them the benefit of rectifying the problem and now they seem to be dragging their feet. You've tried to solve things amicably with them and it don't seem to be getting you any where so maybe Go through last channel and dispute it through paypal you got nothing to lose if JF are not forthcoming it sad you have to do all this. Shame on you Jewel First! This poor lady shouldn't be losing money cos of dodgy merchandise you supplied. Rectify it ASAP !!

I agree with you, it's really bad that JF are not refunding a customer. It bad customer service. They have no clue that it's people like us who buy from there, and we are the ones who spread the word and help them make a business! They seriously need to refund now, I'm sure it must be a simple step for them. I wonder if they are being spiteful? They can easily check their records that they have not provided a refund.
 
yep same here :rain: it's been 11 working days without counting the day the dispatch email was sent :cry: I'll be emailing them on Monday and if they refuse to send it out again I'm going to dispute it on paypal and never order from them again

It makes me sad because everything I ordered was for the bracelet that I'm putting together to represent my daughter :( I got some wonderful discounted charms and I'm planning on adding to it as the years go by and giving it to her on her 18th birthday :love:

Hopefully if it never shows then paypal will refund me so I can order them again from somewhere else or just figure out a way to get to the pandora concept store here...there's two of them but they're both an hour+ away from where I live.

Blech I hate being such a debbie downer lol I want this all sorted already so I can get my things and share pictures :p

Would this incident put you off ordering from Perlen again since you have ordered successfully before only I'm really put off with them wouldn't want to have to go and convince them that either I haven't received the package or package is very late scenario. :nogood:



It's seriously annoying because I am pretty 100% certain that my charm isn't going to come. It's worse that I have to wait until the 14 days is up which seems like a really long time, especially if they are going to discount the Sundays. I am sure they know that it won't be turning up either! I don't know if it's a coincidence that our packages are both missing or if there is some sort of weird delay on them. I have bought other stuff online since buying from Perlen and they have come (not Pandora stuff but just other stuff) without a problem.


It's bad that Perlen haven't just said it looks like it's not coming, we will just send you another. They make so much money what's a few charms? I think I would still buy from there but it does make me nervous. I think if it was slighter more expensive I would have to go for the tracking but only if I am saving money. I think I would risk the cheaper silver charms. I am grateful that the charm I got was only £16.09 but that's not the point.


Perlen should know that people are being put off by this and that a lot of people on these forums are buying from them, but will lose business because of this.
 
Haha - thank you!! As I said it's my first time ever returning anything I've purchased online, so it figures that it's become such a hassle!! The irony is that I bought myself the charms as a reward to myself for getting a promotion at work - and now I've lost money :(
It's just awful. Maybe send them quite a firm forceful email. Say that you are disappointed and point out the business they will lose because a lot of people buy from there because of word of mouth.

Absolutely fabulous, gorgeous collection!! It like you have half the shop in your collection. Which pieces are your favourite? I love them all, but do love your two tone best.
 
I bet they were a nightmare to deal with, just trying to get them to believe you would have been like talking to a brick wall! It shouldnt be necessary for customers to get irate and the need to threaten them with consumer laws in order for them to do what's right. Poor customer service:nogood:

Oh they were! I was constantly receiving rude emails making out I was lying, and even one saying "Look familiar?" With a screenshot of my name typed out on a receipt. I had no idea what was going on except that I had not received my charms.
 
Wow, your puzzle piece dangles are in great condition. They are so rare now. You only find those in used condition now but yours look brand new.


I have been trying to decide whether or not to buy a princess and the pea bead. I have seen them a few times on ebay, usually very expensive. My mother used to read me the story of the princess and the pea all the time out of a huge fairy tale book I have. Now I read it to my daughter and she thinks its funny lol she loves it too.
That would be a lovely charm as a sentiment. You should get it.
 
I got put off them after a bad experience a few years ago, they sent my package to the wrong address and refused to do anything about it! I got it sorted eventually luckily.
Hmm, makes me wonder if that's what happened to mine! My charms from Perlen always come in 4 days and the fact that it still hasn't come after 10 days is just a joke!
 
Oh charming888 is a great seller. Absolutely authentic items. They also sell on their Australian site charming888_aus and that is where I buy mine because the exchange is from aus to Canadian dollar and it comes out cheaper than the listing price. I love it! It does take a while for me to get it though cause Australia is pretty far away from Canada.

I've read wonderful things about this seller! I also live in Canada. Too bad I'm scarred from my JF experience hah. I really wanted to buy the dragonfly charm from charming888.



Ditto, I've bought from there before and they are really good. Problem is it takes a long time to get here!
