My dealer also mentionned that the gold snake was being retired, has anyone else heard this?

LOL I always worry I'm going to do exactly that one day, if I were to see someone with multiple Pandora bracelets 
Yep. I was pulling out retired beads too this week. Also retiring in gold is the gold bead with pearl dangle, the gold flower dangle, one of the gold crosses and the gold pink sapphire crown. They are also retiring the oh bead and rose boquet bead.
I will check when I am in Toronto on Sunday...If I can I would rather buy with the promotion because my sister really wants the cupcake jewellery box along with the cupcake charm and a bracelet...and I want a bracelet and the stiletto charm.
Can I ask how often everyone cleans their bracelet and/or how soon before the pandora bracelets/charms start to look dull or tarnished? What do you clean them with just regular jewellery cleaner or something special? I don't own a ton of silver jewellery and the few things I do have are so tarnished that I don't wear them. I am too afraid to throw them in my jewellery cleaner just in case. When I worked in an all silver jewellery store we had silver cleaning cloths that we sold, and I know those work. We were only allowed to wear silver jewellery and we had to always keep it polished and nice looking, and now since I don't work there anymore I am lazy and never clean them because I don't wear them often.
I was surprised to see last month’s posts re September’s promotion that the free bracelet was for three days only. In Toronto, that promotion was for the entire month.

I was at Yorkdale’s Pandora store last week but it hadn’t received its stock then. I phoned the downtown store today and they have about 20 boxes left. Can’t judge the size of the jewellery box by the photo in Pandora’s email but SA told me it’s 13cm (5in) tall and a bracelet will fit to circle the bottom.
FYI: Downtown Pandora store is not open on Sunday as it’s in the mall of an office building. During the week, it’s open until 6pm (or maybe 7pm) and Saturday 10am to 2pm. (RBC Plaza, 200 Bay Street, Upper Merchants Mall, K101 / phone: 416-360-1467)

Two hours from Toronto by train and am visting Toronto Sunday and have to go back Thursday for fashion week. Am taking the train so if the store isn't open Sunday I will go Thursday before the fashion show and get what I want. Yorkdale is wayyy out of the way from where I need to be Sunday.

Jasmine_88, about 6 months ago when I heard that the silver dice and strawberry were retiring o/s, I rushed out and got them....but they are still here for $30! I don't get it. Same with the ugly duckling. Are you near a Pandora store? Maybe we need to ask. I was near one today, but I was with the One Who Banned Me, so I couldn't even mention it......so I got 3 items of clothing for summer instead! On sale, of course.

Re the retiring beads, I've asked my local Pandora Concept store and the SA replied that even when 3rd party websites states that the charms are being retired, it will may not be so soon in the Concept stores.
That being said, I no longer see the Thimble and the Chinese lettered beads in the shops tho I do still see both the gold and silver strawberry.
