Yes, once they are dark enough, you rinse the egg off then polish them with a silver polishing cloth...and Voila good as new!
They are oxidizing as we speak.....
The boys are happy they can go in the frig....... LOL

I remember having to tell the girls and DH not to eat the eggs in the fridge....that they were for my pandora ring...My DH and daughters literally rolled there eyes with a smirk at the same time

When I oxidized a bead with a boilied egg, I had much better results with heat vs. room temperature. The first time I did it, I boiled an egg, put the bead in the yolk and left it in a baggie for a few hours on the counter. Not much happened. I read online that heat was important. Second time, I boilied the egg, put the bead in a baggie with the yolk and submerged in a cup of hot water. 45 minutes later, bead was totally oxidized.
Hi guys, its been a while since I was here. I have added so much to my collection since then! I have bought the oxidized silver bracelet for my daughter and the silver one for myself. I actually bought them on ebay from someone who was once a Pandora dealer but not doing it anymore. I also got the green karma necklace from him also. I got the buddah bead today for my daughter. Our leather bracelets have too many beads to wear safely now. I was wanting to keep the new silver bracelets for us for Christmas but REALLY want to break them out now. I think they will be amazing with all our beads. We are also really into the earrings now. We both have the interchangable ones with the flower in the middle. I have three different pearls I wear on mine and she has one . I really get many compliments on the earrings more then anything else. I also bought my daughter a really pretty ring. How do you post pictures on here? Does anyone else enjoy the other jewelry besides the beads?
Oh, at the mall today, the Pandora saleslady had a case where they were putting the retiring beads. Some were a few that I wanted. The lion with the yellow eyes was one, also the ocean wave bead in the clear tone. I didnt see the ones with color in that section. I really like those two. The princess and the pea is cute, and looks like all the soccer balls are going out. Also chicken little which is so cute with that big body and little head! They also had some expensive two toned ones with diamonds that were going. Also the hypnotics, which I think are so cute also. Anyway, I might have to make another trip tomorrow and pick up that lion and ocean wave bead. But I also sort of want the new breast cancer charm, and that new pink leather bracelet is to die for. AHHHH help me..
I wish the uk pandora site would update their site so I know what is retiring.The silver locket with the gold key or the pandora perfume bottle are next on my list.Are either one of those up for the new wave of retirements?

omg so I am so exciteddd I am going to be in Toronto on Oct 21st and I have to take the train plus I have a few hours to kill which means I can go to the pandora store in the royal bank plaza!!! I am sooo freaking excited I am going to buy a bracelet and maybe a charm to commemorate getting into LG fashion week 
any suggestions for a charm that would be appropriate?
Also for the canadians out there what do the bracelets cost here? I don't plan on bringing any plastic with me just cash so I want to make sure I have enough! Pandora isn't sold where I live so if I want one this is my chance to buy one!
ETA: Should I also buy the safety chain too if I am only getting one bead to start, or should I wait until I collect more beads? I probably won't be getting more beads until I go back to Toronto just because the one jewellery store here that does sell pandora they never have anything because they don't have a large selection and they sell out really fast after getting a shipment they need to open an actual store here LOL

I have a safety chain on my bracelet, but I don't really like it. I find the clasp on my bracelet to be strong and don't really worry about it falling off. Maybe I'll be sorry some day, I don't know.
Here is a link to a Canadian dealer that I buy from online. Her prices are the same as the prices at both of the local stores I shop at here in Edmonton, so I would think they would be representative of the prices at the store in RBC Plaza in T.O.
