Yes, mine began doubled as well..... I leave it as 2 strands when I use it as a necklace. Maybe I'll try to tighten it a bit :D

I'm not sure how well the leather would knot..... Not sure i'd feel as "safe", The toggle itself does work great as a necklace - 2 strands rather than 4 strands.... Make the necklace approx. 15-16 inches long...Very cute and you don't have to knot the beads as the just hang....

Lovely! I just love the octopus! I have never seen the beads bought like that in that box from the Pandora.

My SIL bought the beads from a jewelry store, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. I think the box may be one that is made for the store because if you take out the part that holds the beads from the box it flips around and the back says "Jared", so it's reversible. Hope I made sense in describing this! LOL

Thanks! I'm still relatively a newby because we don't have much spare cash. I have a few more things I should add to my photos. I generally buy my own Troll and let others buy me the Pandora (usually my husband). I quite like the thought of one set being thoughtful presents, and the other being my own collection.

Yes, its true. The official Pandora shop here already bumped up their prices with the VAT increase on 4 January which was VERY naughty! They even tried to charge me the extra £10 when I went to change the size of a ring my husband bought me BEFORE the VAT increase!

So here in the UK, prices on Pandora are rising steeply.

WOW! Increase in Pandora costs is not good news. I believe they increased it last year too. Earlier murano costed $30 in US, now its $35....with this rise, the whole Pandora won't be fun anymore...:(
I mean to make one complete bracelet, you really need around 15 beads at least...
