My understanding is that each store sets their own dates for the September promotion, and that it is confined to a three day time period. Everything I have heard is that it is the barrel clasp bracelet that is being given away, hence why there was a $50 increase in the amount you have to spend. I could be wrong though....
There's always the option of the in-store cleaning in the tumbler, which is fantastic. If you are looking for something simple you can do at home, I personally use dawn dish soap, warm water, and a soft bristled toothbrush. It always comes out shiny and new looking!

Love your collection! I ordered the same ring in size 5.5...it has been a month and I am still waiting...the SA said it does take a long time for ordering....I probably need to wait for another month or so
Like Vicky I use a soft toothbrush but I use a tea tree shampoo the tea tree is naturally anti fungal and antiseptic so u know ur bracelets are super clean with no germs hiding in the little nooks and cranies. also it smells lovley. then I use a microfiber cloth to dry and the Pandora cleaning cloth to polish I'm really happy with the results It looks like new. like u see in the jewellers window an go oooooo its lovley !There's always the option of the in-store cleaning in the tumbler, which is fantastic. VickelyBickely, You are correct. I work for a Pandora shop in a Shop. The stores get to choose the 3 day period they want to run the promo. Pandora makes sure that no other retailers in you r area are doing it at the same time. That way, each retailer gets their chance. The bracelet is now the barrell clasp, hence the increase in $.

Thanks! My local concept store didn't have the ring in stock when my fiance went to buy it for me for my birthday - and they told him they couldn't order it either! He ultimately went and bought it from Elisa Ilana online, and it was here in a very short period of time. I hope it comes soon for you, though - it is sooo lovely!

I just took all three bracelets and rings into the shop for cleaning. They do it for free and they are so clean and sparkly. I have cleaned them myself with dish liquid and polished with the cloth but they are never as shiny as when you have them done in the tumbler. Funny story about it though: I know the owner of the store very well (otherwise no way would I leave them!) so I dropped them off in the morning and had my DH pick them up after work. When he picked them up she showed him and said, "Well what do you think?" and he said, "I think that's one box of a whole lot of expensive."
Went today to the Pandora store to get my bracelets cleaned. They actually did it right today. Took pics of my bracelets, I had to sign off to make sure they were accurate. Then they took everything off, cleaned them in the tumbler, polished them and reassembled. It took about 30 minutes total. They look brand new. I'm very pleased. I wear 2 all the time and I have an extra empty bracelet. What I did was put all my extra charms on the empty one and took that as well so they could all be cleaned.
