I bit the bullet and bought my very first Pandora (leather) bracelet with three charms today!! I don't have my phone with me right now to take pictures, but I'm so excited to show it to you other Pandora lovers :D

I'm definitely hooked...

Hi all,

I have a chance to buy a used bracelet with 7 charms, 2 spacers, 2 clips for $175. This seems like a good deal, but the bracelet is 8.5. That seems like it would be huge...one of the beads is retired but others I don't really want. Does this seem like a silly way to start? Or should I go for it, hoping that I can sell or trade what I don't want since this is kind of a good deal. Any one have any thoughts? (the bracelet is the oxidized, which is what I wanted.)

eta: out of the 7, 3 are beads I would want to sell or trade

That is a real deal if it's authentic!
You can make it a necklace by buying the bracelet size you need for $55 or less depending on where you find it.
or switch out the charms, and just sell the three that you don't want.
Have you priced out the full bracelet? Do you know the value of the charms? Having 3 extra charms in your box is no biggie. You may find you like them later on. Or give them as a gift.

Thanks--she just emailed me and said someone else just bought it--I'm bummed! I had talked myself into it, even with the size of bracelet.
