This is really a mixed 'in-between' bracelet with charms grabbed from my bangle, some planned for my black/white/gold theme, and then others for the oxidised when I eventually replace it. So a bit blingy at the mo but happy with this as the temporary arrangment.

The yellow is the tarnishing. When silver isn't cleaned regularly it turns this colour. Silver that doesn't sell in the shops and that go on sale, is a prime example. Close up, it's yellow and just polishes off easily.:smile1:

Just wanted to say how beautiful everyone's bracelets are. I see some new charms I haven't seen before. I've missed seeing bracelet pics. Oh and also wanted to say hi, Tabitha :)

Hi ladies,

I'm not yet a pandora but I love what I see in this thread! You gals have such gorgeous bracelets & really making me feel like going to the store to grab something now!

Just a quick question: I'm planning to create a meaningful bracelet that tells my life story but I realized that most of the charms I'm eyeing are dangles. I noticed that too many dangles actually don't look good on a bracelet but they are all meaningful to me. Do you think the outlook matters more than its meaning? :)

Last info that we had was that Perlen has lost its 'selling status' so they are unloading whatever stock they have. Not sure if the status has been returned as the new charms was available online.

It's really up to you as that's part of Pandora's charm! We may have the same charms, even in the same configuration but the meaning will be vastly different to each of us.
If you feel that aesthetically the meaningful to you charms are not similar, maybe you can distribute them in different bracelets/bangles? Though of course the cost will be higher:smile1:

I think too many dangles make the bracelet look less nice. I would probably go for a max of four.:smile1:

I actually have a safety chain on my bracelet but if it comes undone my bracelet along with the safety chain will completely slide off my hand, so that's not much reassurance that it won't fall off my hand even with a safety chain. So now I have a safety chain on my bracelet but I also have a clip that I put on the end of my bracelet (goes on after the safety chain) so when the clasp is open the whole bracelet can't slide off my hand. Hopefully I explained it ok.

The safety chain doesn't tend to unscrew that much, so I think it's pretty safe.:smile1:

I had hoped it would stay twisted on long enough for you to realize that your bracelet was open. I plan on getting one, and I hope to use it to cover the threads.

My safety chain has never unscrewed off as soon as I take my bracelet off. It is really quite sturdy and stays in place.:smile1:

Perlen lost their contract with pandora :sad: I noticed they had some new charms, but they still say they have no longer got the contract.. So I'm not sure about that. The prices are definitely not as good as they used to be.
