Well maybe I was given incorrect information because that is what she told me. None of their safety chains were any size other than 5cm. Either way the 5cm seems the best size generally.

Ithink it's because my safety chain was screwed too tight:( i was gonna unscrew it and then it broke:(

It's gonna be a year on december.. I still remember how i posted when i first got it when my boyfriend gave it to me last year., :((

I'm sorry about your broken bracelet. :sad: It probably broke where the end cap was soldered on. I've seen a lot of broken bracelets recently on the Pandora Facebook page. I love my Pandora charms (have a two-tone bracelet), but if I invest in a gold bracelet, I'm getting a Trollbeads one. It's much stronger (foxtail link) and the Pandora charms fit on it.

I was going to agree with you that the chain was probably on too tight and when you went to unscrew it, it will have snapped off. Are you getting it fixed or buying a new one?
