Lovely, do you have any pics with your old "mystery" green city? Do you regret letting that one go?! I remember you mentioned having an 03 red(?) awhile back too. You had some real hg's that you passed on!!!!

Corey thanks again for sharing those pics! Love them!!! I remember reading a thread about a tpfer being disappointed by dark turquoise since it wasn't the bright color she was expecting. She had a dt city that she later sold (wish it was to me!!). I have a pair of s/s 2003 Bal gladiator heels that look so much like this color... Wonder if they could be an exact match?! Hope you find that gorgeous 04 yellow for your collection too, Corey! I was just drooling over CeeJays collection thread and best of all, it started with a 2004 yellow ph city (but it is no longer in her collection)!!!!

French, love your idea for a list of "have you ever seen this Bal..."!!! I am often wondering who might have some of my all time favorites, etc. Yes, I have seen a photo of a dark caramel WE on Penelope Cruz years ago, and I think Bal Fanatic has either the 03 emerald or the 04 green WE if I am not mistaken!

Ink is a beautiful colour and yes probably more versatile than 04 Eggplant. As always though the leather will vary from bag to bag. Some Ink like many other 2006 bags are veiny and marbled with thinner, dry feeling leather while others I've seen have been very smooth. Good luck with your search :)

Yeh I really want smooth leather, im not a fan of veins. I saw an amazing twiggy on ebay but alas the seller doesnt ship overseas :sad:

Would I be right in thinking ink would be fairly easy to track down in future months if I am not too fussy about style? I prefer the twiggy but may consider other styles if I can find a smooth ink..

Ink does show up from time to time but I wouldn't say very frequently. I've mostly seen them come up for resale in the First, City and Box styles. It's well worth tracking one down though, it really is a beautiful rich colour :)

french - dug up a pic of this amazing 04 Dark Turquoise City that used to belong to nicole2730 and was posted in the "pewter hardware babes" thread. Isn't it to die for!!! Someone out there is a very very lucky lady to have this baby.

It was a couple of months ago now. I have to admit I've been very lucky with ebay over the years. My collection is really tiny now in terms of bags - I'm down to 4 that I love after trying out pretty much everything that interested me. But my accessories are where I have fun with colour. I'll never have enough clutches and mini mini cps!!! :D
