People like Stella will never understand why it's a big deal and will think people are making a big deal out of nothing. Stella could've used that opportunity to do a [insert designer]xStella line but then she'd have to give shine to that authentic designer. Why not just appropriate it and claim as you own as usual.

Well said Berry, I agree with everything you said.
I love Tracee, her style is fantastic and she is one of my favourite people on Instagram, but I was surprised she wore that dress tbh, especially when Stella McC got the backlash that she did last year for using the prints. If Tracee cared enough to delete her instagram post when people didn't agree with her wearing it, then I would have thought she'd have known better in the first place to not wear it and support like you said, a designer from said culture like Stella Jean for example.

Shows you how priviliged and ignorant Stella is to use the prints without credit.
I like some of her designs like her knitwear, blazers and coats, but for some reason I never liked her as an individual, she irks me plus the fact that she only is where she is because of her fathers name, IMO. :noworry:

I absolutely hated this look, so disappointed... Really thought she'd at least be wearing something that interpreted the theme.

She and Claire Danes were two who looked great, but didn't seem to touch on the theme at all. Funny though - I thought Claire looked like she thought the theme was Jackie Kennedy, and I thought Tracee looked like she thought the theme was Marilyn Monroe!

I want to see Joan Claytons wedding! They made us wait 15 years for Joan to find the right guy, only to cancel the show before her wedding :annoyed:
I’m still salty 10 years later lol.
