I hate that heavy, dark eye on her... not flattering. Actually, it's not flattering on anyone, IMO.

Her makeup was a let-down for the look as a whole, something more soft/natural and glowy would have worked better. Plus, i'd have chose some big a$$ diamond earrings instead, for more of a statement. But I love the dress & headdress and she looks great wearing them, so it's still one of my fav looks.

Yes! She needed to channel her mom or something. A pair of big statement earrings would've done wonders or maybe an obnoxious but beautiful broach in the headdress....something was missing. The makeup didn't help.

Tracee was getting roasted for it? I went to check her instagram page and I'm sure she had the picture I posted (of her wearing it above) on her insta page earlier, but it's gone now.
I know Stella McCartney got flamed last year when the prints were shown in her S/S'18 collection.

She deleted it....she's one of the very few celebs I follow on insta. I mean.....she really could've just bought it from a local designer (or declined to wear it if it was gifted). I always make sure that if I buy anything "cultural" that I always support an actual designer from said culture. Her fans were disappointed lol.

People like Stella will never understand why it's a big deal and will think people are making a big deal out of nothing. Stella could've used that opportunity to do a [insert designer]xStella line but then she'd have to give shine to that authentic designer. Why not just appropriate it and claim as you own as usual.
