hugsLadies - I am a lurker and truly ARDENT admirer of all your jade (I'm trying to educate myself as I go) - and I find the idea of your community bangle so lovely. Just a thought (and completely not to butt in - but we did this sort of thing in my family at one point) - but instead of a bangle, have you thought of a jade bead bracelet - which could be resizeable to fit all, and maybe each of you could pick a bead to represent yourself - it would be like carrying all of your friends all the time. It would also mean that the piece could be broken up at the end of the process - after everyone has worn it, and like you're carrying a piece of each other always.

Red, I imagine it clearly. You will be there. I know just how scary this is! I left my first husband, and even though I made the decision, it was heart wrenching. I too did not know where I was going to live. It took great courage. I lost friends. But you know, I am so glad I did it because I was free to live in a much better way. It was tough but absolutely the right thing to do. You will be ok. The universe will provide. Have faith!
Ack, thanks for joining! Your bead idea is good, however personally I am so much more captivated by the bangle! For collecting energy, I know I would wear it more. Do you have some jade or jewelry you feel like sharing?

Ladies, here are some shots of the polished cabochon blue nephrite pebble which my husband found on the beach at Point Reyes, California. I sent it to Dana of Mastercut Gems. He did a fabulous job, and didn't charge me a penny, even for shipping. That man is a very sweet person! Anyway, the color turned out to be like saturated Vonsen's Blue Nephrite. I am so pleased! I imagine a simple setting with either claws or a bezel on a thin gold band for my index finger. Think I'll wear this always...though it will take me time to finish all of these projects. The pendant and Arwen are next.

I'm imagining you living here with everything I have in my head. I just need to put it out of my head that I"m in a corner of that room too.
It's so gorgeous and I can so see you living there happily. I can also see a special table set out in velvet with all your bangles, pendants and rings on display for you to enjoy. One day soon Red, one day soon. (((hugs)))
