Thank you, that's so kind of you to say. I know large hop better for tall people and I'm only 5 feet tall, but I loved the bag so I don't care that it's so large on me. I wear all size bags from ridiculously large to ridiculously tiny :giggle:

The color is called Camomile and I love it too. It's a very pale yellow that could almost be a neutral. I was on the hunt for a smaller yellow bag and love this but still need a smaller yellow bag now lol

YES! Sooooo good! Now I’m undecided. I finally settled on purchasing the large in Fondant. But if the color becomes available in the plain leather?! Ahhhhh! Decisions, decisions.

Does anyone have the “new” small
Hop and can share if it wears comfortably on the shoulder with winter jackets or coats? I’m interested but really only if this size works on the shoulder. (fwiw, I have the small Jodie from last season and it’s a beautiful bag but I hardly wear it for this reason). Also, the magnetic closure with the new price is a con for me, like zippers for safety but sure the Hop is easier to access.

TIA for any comments/reviews/photos :smile:

Wait does the small Jodie not fit over the shoulder??

For the new small hop, I just tried it on the other day and it fits over the shoulder with a coat, but definitely not super comfortably. I do think it would become much more comfortable once the bag was worn a little and started slouching.

For the closure, it’s very secure. It’s too narrow for someone to just steal from. I wouldn’t have this concern at all

The small Jodie absolutely fits over the shoulder - the teen Jodie might not fit as well for some people.

Yes, sorry to be unclear. The small Jodie does fit over the shoulder but depending on my coat/jacket material and thickness, it does slide off at least on me in the lambskin. Lighter layers no problems, but my shoulders slope - anyway, a reason I haven’t worn this bag much personally but it is beautiful and can hold plenty.

I just bought a large suede hop in a color I hadn’t seen before - “Mastice” - I’m obsessed! I went to Nordstrom to finish some Christmas shopping (plus shop for my bonus treat for myself 😇) and I wanted to check out the smaller suede hops - been eyeing the sterling color. But I absolutely fell in love with this beige-y grey, and the suede is so squishy and puddles so nicely against the body. Plus I can justify it a bit more since it can fit my laptop / double as another work bag. Loving the hop!

That is SUCH a gorgeous neutral color! I have the large as well but in leather and the Khaki color, it’s seriously such a great bag. Also was a Christmas gift to myself 😅

It’s the middle of the bag where I believe some sort of panels join together - you can feel a line down the magnets underneath (and it’s lined up exactly with them). I actually noticed it on every suede hop I was looking at. It looks noticeable in that pic, but when it’s on the body/ in use it isn’t - or at least, not to me / doesn’t bother me !
