Could the Pivoines possibly be a silk 140? I can't tell if the photo shows a drawing of a scarf, or an actual scarf
That would actually suit me fine because I don't like the 140 silks so my wallet would be safe!
It's a very long scroll that was also at the Singapore Carre Club event. Octave and Theo just keep adding to and extending the drawing.
That actually scorches the eyeballs. I mean every time I look at that I feel smoke coming out of the sockets. But then some of the other color ways have the same effect. Why do they do this to her drawings? Have they ever thought of consulting her? Apparently not from what I've read.

They all look cartoonish to me. We keep reading that the designers have no input on the actual CWs made and sold (which has always seemed bizarre to me - do you respect the artist or not?)
I actually like this giraffe design, but i would like at least ONE sophisticated CW please!!
I don't know if it's a new format : the carré-anneau, 2 pieces of silk joined by a ring. Could be used as a belt or a headband. 580 euros.
I think the designs are Sous l'égide de Mars and Mors et Gourmettes. It's a really nice item. They have only one CW at the Paris Carré Club.

Yes, there is a long sketch of the design on the table. The pic of the design in black and white was displayed as a large square together with the 90s from SS2019. It may not be a new format for SS2020, though... IDK
