So sorry you had these problems. I’m with you - less than perfect these days go back. However, I ordered 01 and 02 and your photos look lovely and I cannot wait to get them! Expressing disappointment doesn’t make you a negative person, it’s just something we all go through. So no worries, no spoiling was done and I hope your headaches goes away!! Just sorry they’ve let defective scarves get by - what a disappointment to any of us.
Yikes! Still can’t believe they let scarves with a RED sticker you can’t miss and a defect go out to so many! So sorry to all of you that got these.
No sign of CW4 yet? With what seems to be a light anis colored center? or 15? The one that got mixed up with 10 because they both have pink centers, I think? I am losing patience!!! LOLOLOL.

Thank you Dr Tr, hope you like the cws when you get them. I very seldom return anything I’ve ordered online, but this time the defective scarf is going back. Still giving the other ones a chance tomorrow. I also have mixed feelings about the new softer ( thinner?) feel of the scarf. We will see...
It makes me think, has H been in a hurry to produce these, or have the perfect pieces been sorted out and the pile of defective ones have somehow moved forward...

I just got 01 and 02 CLF and am totally in love!!! The cw are stunning to me. I love the feel of the silk, the back is very cool and more monochromatic than many I have (if one can call orange monochromatic, it’s fun for me because it’s the first truly all orange H silk I’ve owned, appropriate for house color).
The scarves are perfect, no defects, the hems look beautiful, and I’m really bowled over. I love my original 70, but I was disappointed at the time it wasn’t a 90. Now I’ve got “4” 90s! These came from a boutique and I’m sure my lovely Hermes friend checked them for me. I know she’s buying at least two for herself.
So sorry the defects popped into people’s hands, I’m hoping they will fix that for all of you. Here’s a quick pic (not great light today) of my two, a partial pic - no mod shots because I’m home sick today (truly sick not H delivery sick
- been there done that). Good luck to everyone as they get their preferred cw’s!! Let’s hope the red stickers vanish quickly and perfect silks come out for all.

Superb customer service from H. I just got a call and H wanted to know if everything was to my satisfaction in today’s delivery. I was both happy and surprised, told them about the defective scarf and that I need to try on all cws before I know which ones to keep. H will call me again tomorrow to find out what I decide. They will also contact me when they have the 4th cw so I can get it asap. So happy that in the end H never fails. There is no boutique in my country, therefore I’m very happy that ordering online works.
