Oh no that sucks! I had to ask my SA to order the same exact CW, now I'm hoping mine is not flawed as it's a worldwide search order/final sale. Hope it gets sorted out for you!

I ordered Artisans Sat. morning from H.com when cw#10 popped up. This is the pic that was shown and that is what I ordered.
so......is this one actually CW10??
Pictures posted earlier in the thread show this pic as colorway 15.
Is this cw 15 or 10??
Whatever I ordered will be delivered tomorrow but I will be disappointed if it's not the soft green.

Yes this is the correct CW10.
Previously h.com had a mixup on displaying the wrong picture for CW10 with CW 15 but it has since been corrected according to those that had followed up with h.com and posted here.
Exactly! I am willing to take on a part of the responsibility -and apologize- for causing confusion - however I only relayed what I'd been told by H customer service...
Do I just have rotten luck, or is someone from h.com reading this thread and giving me the stink eye?!
My CLF in cw 4 (prune/navy) arrived today and I was absolutely delighted as I picked it out the box...until I spotted a small red dot on it.
Hmm, that’s curious, I thought.
Lo and behold (that’s the saying, right?) - it’s a little sticker, with an “x” drawn on it, to point out defects in the scarf - at least that’s the only conclusion I can come to since it clearly IS defective.
Whyyy?? What is going on with their...everything!? How is it possible that something like this can be sent out to a customer after failing quality control!
To make things worse(?) I was really happy when I opened the box and saw the beautiful colors.
Also - it’s actually super soft! I thought it might be a bit stiff due to the double sided print, but it’s lovely!
**edit** the pics won’t load properly. Will look at it when I have better connection/service. (I’m in a hospital right now. Nothing serious.)

I thought you were very helpful! It was the earlier pictures that were posted in the thread showing all the colorways before the scarf was ever available that caused my confusion! I had saved them on my computer and ranked them in order of "wants."Exactly! I didn't put a lot of thought into Hermes response......they did the same thing in 2018 when I placed an order...... Pictures/colorways were incorrect on their site. By the time I received the wrong scarf the correct one was no longer available.

The pink was on the US site before Christmas but since it sold out online, I haven't seen it since. Another member posted closeup pictures of the blue at the beginning of January but I don't know if it was a store in the US or elsewhere that they saw the scarf.

Are these CW’s identical to the 70 size? I would love to see a side by side shot of the 70 vs 90!!
