Dear Silkies...
it's going to be a wonderful spring (this colors just set me in a wonderful moode!)
I just saw julian.f porsted this CW... funny u said the colors are more vivid in RL... I find them more subtle! maybe its just my Mac - display....
This CW was on the top of my list since the beginning... There will not be much this season that really conviences me but this one does! Even as I was uploading the pictures, I still have to smile every time I see the colors!

A few modelling shots of PdS CW09. I've seen a few others in the thread, but not many so:View attachment 3972399

Of the two, the second photo (at least on my monitor) shows the colours as they appear to me IRL.
It is more vivid IRL than in the pictures of the CWs, and is rather interesting; the absinthe gives it a fresh kick. I didn't take it home with me, despite being heavily enabled by the SA and my friends. I may return to pick it up...

This CW was on the very top of my list before any PdS photos surfaced. Exactly because I was hoping the absinthe in it would be fresh. I was quite put off by the stock photos. It feels like the naturel overwhelms the absinthe. Now looking at your photos I see that absinthe could pop and it's reigniting the fire. It looks stunning on you! All the beautiful elements I pictured and looked forward to by reading the color codes were brought out on you. I'll have to try it. I hope it'll also love me back! Thanks for sharing these mod shots!

Absinthe is a key ingredient of most of the scarves that give me that most pleasure ,and absinthe gives my colouring a little oomph too. I'm always on the lookout for absinthe so my face lit up just looking at these photos.
I didn't go wild for the silk version but love this, it's less obvious than the others and more intriguing.
.Julian F it really is so lovely here, and I seem to remember you are blonde so I can only imagine how amazing it looks on you!
It seems to me to be a shawl that could be worn with absolutely anything and in all seasons too .Pegase, you must model it for us ..please!

Back home now so a couple of modelling pics. I am very happy that I also got my hands on an Histoires des Carrés for SS. There's a first! I have put the "salmon" part of PdS next to the orange 90 and an H box for colour comparison. Maybe it's my eyes but I would not call this colour salmon. Unless it is just Scottish salmon that tend to be more pink! I would definitely put this on the orange spectrum.
