This PdS colourway pairs well with a darker green like your blazer, Croisette! I see you liked it in the end.

I am totally with you on this. I just returned home from the boutique and left the CW12 that our lovely @Croisette7 just modeled. The colors are luscious and looked great on me but it just didn't call to me. I ended up coming home with something completely unexpected....but that's almost always the way it goes for me. I walk in thinking I want one thing and walk out with something else.Great cw on you. I liked it very much but somehow it wasn't total love and I left it too. I'm worried about getting caught-up in the Samurai frenzy, people who truly love and adore should have first chance.
Gorgeous!

Absinthe is a great color for me, too. I am rather pink-hued which is a good foil for such a sulfurous color. I am so glad to see this shawl as it's the first P de S shawl that I am impressed by.Absinthe is a key ingredient of most of the scarves that give me that most pleasure ,and absinthe gives my colouring a little oomph too. I'm always on the lookout for absinthe so my face lit up just looking at these photos.
I didn't go wild for the silk version but love this, it's less obvious than the others and more intriguing.
.Julian F it really is so lovely here, and I seem to remember you are blonde so I can only imagine how amazing it looks on you!
It seems to me to be a shawl that could be worn with absolutely anything and in all seasons too .Pegase, you must model it for us ..please!

Dear @momasaurus, I hadn’t visited this thread in a while so I just saw this... the answer is easy: you just keep BOTH of course! Such a spectacular design. But if it must come to one, then I choose CW1 for you. It is stunning! Although you know that CW6 has my heart. My decision to keep CW6 was a cool and calculated one based on the abundance of black and red in my scarf collection and lack of black and pink. But I haven’t completely put CW1 out of my mind and still want to go in and try it. It looks positively gorgeous on you. What did you decide? It’s here already!! Comparison shots of 01 and 06 Jeu de Cartes. No lipstick because one of these is going back. Which one???View attachment 3969281
These are so gorgeous on you, dear @Pautinka! You look stunning in blue! As for myself, the second I saw JdO Remix in that blue CW I couldn’t resist! You remember my pics, I’m sure. So happy to be your twin on quite an elegant and sophisticated silk!Back home now so a couple of modelling pics. I am very happy that I also got my hands on an Histoires des Carrés for SS. There's a first! I have put the "salmon" part of PdS next to the orange 90 and an H box for colour comparison. Maybe it's my eyes but I would not call this colour salmon. Unless it is just Scottish salmon that tend to be more pink! I would definitely put this on the orange spectrum.

The one that you selected is beautiful with your coloring. Thanks to all for sharing your photos. I would never have chosen this scarf had I not seen it here first.
You wear this so well, dear Croisette! My favourite!
