Yes. I’ve seen several CWs at Madison. I picked up this version from there about a month ago. They didn’t have many in stock at the time but I know they’ve been restocking because I missed out on this exact CW a few weeks earlier when another customer snapped up the last one then I saw it again on another visit and I snapped up the last one in that CW during that visit.

Wow! That looks so good. I’m on lookout for CW13. And I don’t think Chicago has any of these at this time.

Beautiful on you! This design looks so much better tied than flat.
Honestly, I love it flat as well, but must agree that this is one design that comes alive when tied... Thanks so much!

CW 05 Rouge Mountain Zebra
Spectacular! This CW is actually on my wishlist as well... And, I just those knots that show the zebra close to the neck
Jumping up and down—earthquake!

La Cite Cavaliere CW 13 is on its way! Should have Friday, but Saturday if miss truck/signing Friday.

SA says the whole staff is ga-ga over the design as they stand around it picking out landmarks!

:yahoo:
Yay!! This design is so special! How exciting! Which one is CW13? For some reason I didn’t make a note of that one... And, please post pics when you actually get it!

Guess what I found? ...La Cite Cavaliere (LCC) in CW 13 (tag below). This is gorgeous IRL but the background is not ivory. Rather is is a warm ivory. Quite warm. It was surprising to me but a pleasant surprise as it works with my wardrobe. Warning is that, when tied, the design is rather subtle. It is very classical and airy. Similar to Cabanes or Jardin de Leila, this "etching" type of scarf works but doesn't pack a punch when tied. If you want subtle, this is for you. I was hemming and hawing because I adore the design, it is beautiful, but for the reason above, I had doubts. Still, I love it so much, it came home with me along with Boucles et Galons du Tsar.

No modelling pics. It's 40C here and I just can't, not even indoors with airco. It was rough in the store, trying them on. But I did include a (bad) pic made in store, which I had sent off to a friend to see if I should take both. I'm wearing an ivory blouse/white jeans but lighting at H is a bit yellow. This gives an indication of how delicate the design is once on.

I think I've just about checked off everything on my wish list for the season. It never happens this quickly/early in the season...YAY!!! Now I can sit back and enjoy finding new designs without needing to be laser focussed on getting "the one".

Two primary browns (the Pegase in the middle is a dark brown/sepia) and the contrast hem is nearly identical in colour to my oak floor:

Love this design and colorway. Is this from US or Europe?

These pics are taken directly from Octave Marsal’s IG account, showing the 9 CWs of La Cité Cavalière... for @Mandycharlie and anyone else that may be interested. I’m very interested in this design and would appreciate pics of any of the CWs IRL since this one may not be coming to my local H store

Thank you so much .

I really love my Cosmographia in Rose / Rouge / Blanc. It’s my first red scarf and also the first scarf whose tag I removed. I posted before about the coral tones in this scarf and now I am posting some comparison shots with the Cosmographia Blanc / Vert / Corail. Apologies for looking scruffy - it’s full on Eskandar sweater weather here in the Southern Hemisphere!128849E6-7FBE-4070-8660-D2AC47EB57E7.jpeg05936AC7-3771-454D-B258-89B492B12CF2.jpeg8B631BBE-D86D-4E41-96EB-830BAD5AEF24.jpeg99DDEC16-8857-48C7-9EEC-93AEFD231B51.jpegCD76BCAE-5510-4BE2-B6EB-06759AB66B1D.jpegB8217979-FEB6-4B73-9086-E37B77E0B522.jpeg

Gorgeous! You've made me take a second look at this red color way! Would you describe the darker neutral as true gray or more of a taupe-gray? Etoupe is my favorite bag color, and sadly, I've realized that more of my scarves have gray than tan shades. Thanks for any additional comments on this!
