These 2 scarfs are really cute in a mega bow.
IMO the scarfs "read" very similarly and therein lies my dilemma. I own Animapolis and am considering Cosmographia but am concerned that the only cw that will suit me will read too much like the Animapolis I already own ( I have only limited funds & many other H-scarfs) BUT just when I decided to pass on Cosmographia, one of the tpf members helpfully mentioned that it reminded her of the tales of Narnia, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (the boat & the sea dragons), and then I thought - oh, well maybe I need to consider it - I loved those books! So down the slippery H-slope...LOL .So I hope that I can find another cw that suits me and reads very differently from my orange based Animapolis (I also have Hippoppolis in 2 cws & the Grand Prix Faubourg in blue & orange). Fingers crossed until my boutique gets them in so I can see the colours IRL.
Kachinas is one of my fav designs of all time and I love it in this format... Gorgeous choice! Congrats!

I saw the Acte III CSGM (attached) — I think it is a mix of reds actually, but it sounds like it is not the red you guys are after.
There is a warm-based Kachinas that others have referenced. I didn’t get a close up, unfortunately, but it is on the U.S. website right now.
I saw the La Cité Cavalière scarf as well — that red is less orange to me, and there is less of it, so perhaps that could work? It is not exactly Route H either. Sorry, the close up is suboptimal — it is too much white for my taste, so I just snapped it for reference, but won’t be buying it.
I have only seen La Patisserie Francaise in orange so far, not sure if there is a red CW.
I am heading in today to pick up an order, and I will check it out. @scarf1 and I have the same boutique though, so perhaps they still don’t have that many new ones yet. I am usually alerted when there are new red arrivals, so happy to keep everyone posted.

It does remind me of the Voyage of the Dawn Treader!! I didn't even think about it until you mentioned it but it really has a lot of the elements that were in the novel, especially the boat. Maybe there's a little Reepicheep in there.
I do feel a lot of the colors are similar to last season's colors so I can see where overlapping colors can be hard to avoid. Maybe they'll come out with some Twilly's or another style next season to avoid too much overlap. Good luck finding something that suits your needs. It's hard to say, "no" when the forum shows so many beautiful pictures. It's hard to resist.

This is how I am with the wash silks. I love so many of the designs and colors but I hate the wash silk texture and look. But, I guess it saved me money.
Hermes knows their scarf rings! All the edges and finishes are smooth, including the embellishments. It would not make sense if their own scarf ring snags their own scarves.
May I ask what about the texture and look you dislike in the wash silk? I just got a wash silk in Washington’s carriage this week but haven’t worn it yet, so am curious with how it wears and looks over time.

I don't have a problem with big borders as long as the hem's not white.

Oh, I’m reading this so late because, as you know, I was gone on vacation and too busy to sign on to TPF... This has been such a difficult year for you, and the anniversaries and holidays are always the hardest... My heart goes out to you time and time again. They didn’t have much else. One cw of Jungle Love Rainbow in blue, which didn’t suit me at all. Posted above - why are all the photos automatically showing up at the top of a post? It’s driving me batty - I like to have full editorial control of the layout! (Comes from being an editor, I suppose.)
Yesterday was a hard day. It was the three month anniversary of my stepson’s death plus DH’s birthday (luckily, he did not figure out the coincidence). I was feeling so out of sorts, slightly weepy and angry and generally helpless, so I dropped everything and drove to H, in saggy jeans, a t-shirt accessorized with a few well-placed puppy hairs and carrying an ancient Benetton backpack that I normally would only wear to places like Magic Mountain. My hair was a droopy mess, and I had only put on half my normal face (thank god I now have permanent eye brows or I truly might have scared away customers. Or least their children.) In other words, I was one of the beasts in Sweet Dreams. I used to dress up or at least, be presentable when going in to H, always wearing a scarf, but this time I was filled with a strange kind of courage, a “Let them come and serve ME, as is their natural right.” This must be how celebrities feel.
Seriously, where’s a mic to drop when you need one???

I wore the scarf today, and yes, it’s very wrinkly but the tag is tiny so... I guess it balances out?
Edit: I’d say that the last 3 pics shows the colors most accurately.
